The staff here are always so friendly and caring! I hate to admit, I’ve had such bad experiences with previous dental providers that I was apprehensive about seeing another dentist but this is not the case here. Not only have they taken care of my dental needs but I’m looking forward to the next visit. Becca is just simply amazing for a dental hygienist! She has cared so much about her patients that not only is she amazing in her work, she remembers your family and previous conversations. Becca remembered that I had a new granddaughter and of course grandmothers love to talk about their grandchildren! The gals up front are so sweet and the all the staff make coming back so easy. Thank you Dr Hancock for your care and caring! I will recommend this office to anyone needing dental care, hands down.

Was looking for a dentist that could get me in soon, and they did. Had to change my appointment almost last minute due to a field trip my son was supposed to have and they were very accommodating to change my appointment. Extremely nice front desk, nurses, and dentist! Extremely clean and had a spot for kids to watch a movie. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist and friendly staff!

This staff is very friendly and made me feel welcoming as a New Patient. They definitely have a busy schedule, but once cancellations take place they are quick to call, change schedules and get you in!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Both my husband and I are new to Show Low starting over with retirement.. We have been with same dentist for 25yrs and was so nervous to go elswhere. Dr. Keith's & staff were wonderful, very accommodating & friendly. We had dental care & cleaning done both excellent. Thank you for a very nice experience.

Dr. Hawthorne and the whole staff were so nice, friendly and patient! I had some tooth pain and they were able to get me right in and fixed up! Highly recommend!
