My kiddo had an impacted tooth and we tried for weeks to get into our regular dentist. General Dentist got us in the next day. Very kid friendly and pleasant staff.

I had not been to the dentist in a long time and they were very helpful answering all of my questions. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff are VERY rude. Over the phone and in person. Everything is outdated and there are electric boxes hanging out of the wall with exposed wires and screws. They make you feel very uncomfortable.

I highly recommend this dentist office because of the friendly staff, reasonable rates, and great dentist. They always get you in fast, and care about your concerns. Another great thing about this dentist office they accept Care Credit, so if you don't have dental insurance there are other options for payment

Front desk staff was very rude and laughed at me and called me a liar. I did not lie. And I also asked to be transfered to someone else each time it was her the moment there was conflict however she would still be the one to call or I'd ask to be transfered and she would be rude and ask question that didn't pertain to what I was asking. Then the manager was very rude also and called me a liar. I have proof I didn't lie about the referral appt in Tucson for this emergency that the ER sent us to get done. They stated they cant do the extraction and reffered us to tucson.and also the manager informed me that her employee violated HIPPA. Because I was getting no where and the manager did not want to help me correct this.i told them I would contact a lawyer then since HIPPA violated. They them sent me a text refusing service and to go somewhere else. They also laughed at me well trying to talk to them

They are unprofessional and wasted our time. We arrived for my daughters appointment early & kept trying to call to check in as instructed only to not get through to anyone. Finally we just went in where Layla, a girl in scrubs behind the desk called my daughter's name & took us back to a room. I asked her if we needed to fill out paperwork & she said someone else would get that. She asked if I had any concerns & then said the doctor would be right in. 35 minutes later I got a text from their office saying my daughter had missed her appointment. I called them from the room & told them we had been waiting 35 minutes. Another 5 minutes later & they finally came & had us fill out paperwork. Then Layla came back saying she needed to get xrays. I got up to walk with my daughter & she tried to stop me saying I couldn't go in. I responded that I could still wait just outside the door & she threw her head & said "well fine, it's just right here anyways". To be clear the room was next door but my daughter (age 3) was scared & needed help getting adjusted in the machine. The entrance was open so after getting her adjusted I was able to stand just around the corner where my daughter could still hear me talking to her. After that they came back & said there was a problem with my insurance. I realize they can't help that; however, if they had done their jobs correctly to begin with I could have straightened out the issue before going in (they took my insurance info when I initially scheduled the appointment & confirmed my insurance when they called back to confirm my daughter's appointment). After being there over an hour we left without my daughter ever having her check - up or cleaning. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When we first started going to General Dental for Kids, I wasn't entirely happy with the processing of my child. HOWEVER, in the last 4 to 5 years they have gained a wonderful staff and I can't believe my 7 and 4 year old are excited to visit with their dentist. He is so nice and engaging with the patients. Their house anesthesiologist is really caring and makes sure you know exactly what happens before any surgery your child may need. Not to mention how pleasant their office staff and Technicians are.

We arrived 10 min before a 1pm appointment. We called to check in and was told we’d be called back to come inside shortly. In total, we waited an hour and a half before we left. After waiting an hour in the car and a half hour in the office, I decided enough was enough and left. I understand the office was busy but it’s unreasonable to make someone with a two year old wait for more than an hour and 20 min past their appointment time with no apologies and no check ins.

Dr. Adams has made the dental a fun experience for my children. Yes it's could be hard to believe that children can actually enjoy going to their dentist for things like fillings, cleanings and what not. In fact, my kids used to be terrified of the dentist until we meet Dr. Adams. Dr. Adams is so caring, friendly and a true professional at what he does. I was in awe when my kids didn't even flinch when getting a numbing shot. My 5 year old now asks to go see him and my 10 year old no longer has anxiety when going to the dentist. The entire staff at General Dental for Kids is amazing. They are all very friendly and welcoming. And the dental assistants take very good care of their patients. Always keeping a close eye on them for any sign of discomfort. I cannot express how much my family loves this staff and how thankful I am for them!!! A++++++ review!!!!
