**HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE **
BE AWARE of their Cancellation policy if you do not return their phone call to confirm your appointment THEY WILL CANCEL your appointment WITHOUT NOTICE or Any Warning and just give your appointment to someone else.
The office manager there has absolutely no customer service or understanding & says this is their company“policy”. Never have I ever had an appointment canceled without warning (at least leave that in your voicemail). My entire day completely ruined & NO apology from management. She actually told me it looks like I need to find a new dentist. Yep you’re definitely right about that!!
**BE AWARE**Sadly they are one of many businesses here in the community that take advantage of the Elderly.

I've seen Dr. Pollard for years now and she's always super friendly, honest, and gentle. The office staff is very professional and informative. The location is tucked away near the Galleria, and everything is new and modern inside.

Dr. Pollard seems to really care about my teeth and what needs to be done.

I now look forward to every cleaning appointment and know I'll be getting great care!

I was just seen for my first cleaning and crown prep following my intake appointment and xrays. Both appointments were, amazingly, scheduled with MY time and convenience prioritized! Courtesy and excellent client service are evident in every interaction on the phone and in person throughout the practice, and surpassed only by the gentleness and concern for comfort expressed frequently during both the cleaning and the crown prep. And as a bonus, the use of a fully-effective, but short-duration anesthetic made the rest of the day so much more pleasant than past experiences!

I went to A Tender Dental for 4 fillings and a cleaning this morning. I'm a new patient and found them on Google. I've been to 7 different dentists throughout my life (I've moved around a lot) and received many fillings over the years. This is the best dental office I've visited, hands down. Here's why....

1. I felt welcome before I even set foot in the door. When I called to schedule my appointments last month, Nicole assisted me and was very patient with all of my questions. In addition, she made every effort to accommodate my weird schedule.

2. I'm a baby when it comes to dental work. It freaks me out. The staff didn't make me feel bad about this at all.

3. Dr. Pollard was very attentive and didn't rush through the appointment. She listened to my concerns before he started and patiently explained everything that she would be doing. She was very gentle with her drilling and checked in with me frequently to see how I was feeling. My teeth are pretty sensitive so he took short breaks from drilling. That helped significantly! He also didn't try to sell unnecessary products/services, which I greatly appreciated.

4. These guys are organized! There were no surprises with my billing/coverage because they had all my insurance stuff figured out beforehand. Furthermore, I liked receiving a call confirming my appointment two days prior.

5. Their office is clean, quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere is soothing and peaceful.

I'm actually relocating to Mesa in a few months and will not be in Sun city grand anymore. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Pollard and her staff that I would consider making the drive to sun city west to have them do my dental work in the future. Overall, Dr. Pollard and her staff are very patient focused and strive to deliver the best experience possible. I highly recommend them!

My experience with A Tender Dental has been nothing short of amazing, I would leave 10 stars if I could. Everyone one of the staff members are very caring and the service itself is beyond words. I have seen many dentists and hygienists in my adult life, but have yet to experience such a passionate staff. I highly recommend this practice and will be returning for all of my future visits. Thank you all!!!

Dr. Pollard and her staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable during both of my visits. Each visit I've been seen promptly with no delay, with that being said the staff still took their time with me and did not rush me out. Affordable and will definitely be coming back for years to come!

It took me quite a while to get myself to a dentist and I'm so happy to have chosen Dr. Sayegh at Tender Dental. She spoke to me as if I was family and I felt so comfortable with her. She's open and honest, knowledgeable and professional and genuinely cares for her patients. Her assistant, Armando, is the epitome of professionalism and experience. And, lest I forget, the front office staff welcomed me as if I was their only concern for the day. Lastly, I needed some work done and their prices are extremely fair and their accounts person explained every detail of my procedure. Again, I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Sayegh and Tender Dental Care in Sun City West.

This dentist and staff are the best I have ever used. I usually avoid the dentist, but I have no problems with this office. They are friendly, caring staff. Each one is very good at their job, all have lots of experience.

This is the first time I've been to the dentist in over 4 years and I am glad I was referred to Dr. Sayegh. I first must start by saying that I love her office. It is modern, great atmosphere, and definitely super clean. Her staff is definitely spot on when it comes to making patients feel comfortable and respected. I was very surprised by the professionalism and attentiveness of both Dr. Sayegh and her staff. The way Dr. Sayegh cares for her patients is just something you don't see anymore much less get to experience. I absolutely recommend Dr. Sayegh for your next dental appointment. Two thumbs up!

This was our first experience at a Tender Dental Care & We were very impressed with everyone who worked there from the the employee Who we originally talked to to set up our appointments to the assistants who did the initial exam and the Dentist who explained to explain to us what our x-rays showed & answered our questions. Everyone was so friendly & very knowledgeable about everything. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends, family & neighbors.
