Well you know almost everyone is nervous to go to the dentists. Well not anymore, you made my first experience with RGC Dentistry a wonderful experience. I was not afraid. Everyone here is very nice, gentle. I will definitely return every 6 months. My dental hygienist was the best. Thank you all for a calm and easy appointment!! See you all soon😊

Just had my first appointment and the first thing I noticed is the good relationship the staff keeps with their patients! In my experience they were very informative, accommodating, and welcoming. They weren't pushy about me getting fluoride, as they took into account that I get it in other ways. And, my teeth have never felt cleaner!

We have had excellent experiences with this office. The whole staff from calls to cleanings to the doctor have been just great at doing their job. I like the text message reminders and Dr Cox follows up after any dental work to be sure everything is going smoothly.

Friendly, professional, patient, polite, highly skilled, knowledgeable, de-stressing, accommodating, honest, compassionate, clear communicators and everyone knows how to spoil you. That's a lot of excellence, but what can I say...it's difficult to impress me (especially as a retired dental assistant) but they most certainly did.

They also have a clean office (both front and back), it's modern, safe, hospitable; and, I'm definitely going to be a repeat patient.

Please don't hesitate - - you won't regret it.

With several visits in now, I am VERY happy to have found Dr. Call and her staff. They were able to see me when I had an urgent dental situation, with a referral to the best endodontist for a root canal. Dr. Call gave me the most thorough exam I've ever had. They seem to use the most current equipment and techniques. Great team; great personalities! I trust them completely.

Went for my annual appointment this morning. I was disappointed that I wasn't allowed to get just a cleaning, but needed to have an exam by the Dr as well as Xrays (all for $345). It was either get everything done, or nothing.. there was no in between. I have never been to a dental facility where I was told I couldn't have just a cleaning. A few months ago I was told by this office how beautiful and clean my teeth were prior to my cleaning. Beside the fact I didn't have $345 for what they wanted to do, patients should be able to have a voice in what treatment they believe is best for them. Unfortunately, that is not the case with this facility, so I left without getting anything done.
I spoke with the hygienist who spoke to the dentist, and I had a conversation with the front office as well. Who else would I need to speak with? Everyone knows and was okay with me leaving.

RGC Dentistry is wonderful. The dentist there is highly skilled and does excellent work. The staff are very professional and friendly to all the patients. I would highly recommend this dentistry with a 5 star rating, to anyone that is in need, or looking for a dentist.

Save your time and money and go to dental depot. I went here for a root canal on 1 tooth. It took 4 hours to get it "done". I was quoted a price a month prior and paid before my procedure. I paid over 2300 for a crown and filling plus the 1600 at the endo for the root canal. My original bill with RGC was supposed to be 1700 but after a horrible unprofessional visit I expressed to the receptionist this would be my first and lass visit due to being so unprofessional and unsanitary while working in my mouth. The receptionist undeestood!! Well fast forward another 2 hours of waiting o ln the dentist to come back to my room. We "finished the rootcanal/crown" and as I was leaving I was hit with. "You now owe an additional $400" as I was walking out the door. This tooth they worked on has been painful for months MONTHS!! So I decided to shop around on dentists knowing I'd never step foot in that office with THAT dentist Dr Call.
I found dental Depot!!!! I went their for them to FIX the tooth that didn't get fixed plus had another tooth that needed a crown and root canal.
I had my appointment at dental depot last weekend. It was 100% better and friendlier the RGC literally NIGHT and Day difference.

If u want a GOOD respectable Knowledge and gentle dentist GO TO DENTAL DEPOT. My bill at Denral Depot for TWO teeth and a root canal (including crowns) was a total of........ $1,200 and get THIS Dental depot fixed the tooth RGC ruined FOR FREE with a grant. So I only paid $195 for my teeth to get fixed and this IS WITH NO INSURANCE!! I went to dental depot had ZERO pain, was heard and treated like a human and didn't have to sit in a empty procedure room for hours on end. Also Dental Depot takes Saturday appointments.
Save your time, money and teeth pain and go to DENTAL DEPOT or ANY OTHER DENTIST.
RGC has nice people working for them but if u want professional capable and respectful dental care save your time and heart ache and save ur pocket book AVOID RGC and just give Dental Depot a call it can't hurt!

Excellent experience. Dr. Call and her entire staff were wonderful to work with. Very competent, knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable.

Spent most of yesterday afternoon having a crown replacement and can’t say enough about the care with which I was treated! Dr. Call’s team was outstanding as usual!
