Great dentist!! I had been getting the runaround regarding my wisdom teeth from my previous dentist so I called Vale Family Dentistry. They got me in next day and took care of my issue right away. I am no longer in pain, highly recommend!

Vale Family Dental is still pretty new to me as I just started going here not too long ago but I couldn’t be more blown away! Every staff member I’ve been in contact with has been so pleasant. Shoutout to Vicky who cleaned my teeth- she did an outstanding job, listened to my concerns, and took her time with my cleaning. It’s only been a few visits for me, but being at Vale makes you feel right at home!

My experience was AWFUL , I called early in the morning and specifically asked if they were going to be able to take care of me on that day , the assistant said they would have to evaluate me to see how bad the tooth was . So I agreed and ended the call a few minutes later I decided to call and CANCEL the appointment , so the assistant asked why I wanted to cancel and I specifically told her that if they were not going to take care of me on the SAME DAY then cancel, so she insisted on that I went to the APPOINTMENT ASSURING ME that the reason they mentioned the PROCEDURE IS BECAUSE that’s what they tell their PATIENTS BUT that I was going to be taken care Of , I get to the appointment they take X- RAYS to then tell me I need to get on more ANTIBIOTICS WHEN I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM that I’ve been on ANTIBIOTICS FOR THE PAST 3 Days . My point is that they set me up for FAILURE JUST SO THAT THEY CAN CHARGE MY INSURANCE AN ARM AND A LEG FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They knew the entire time that they weren’t going to be able to help but still FOOLED ME. It’s ok I went to one of the GOOD DENTIST IN GILBERT AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME, THANK YOU APEX DENTAL FOR HELPING ME

Dr Idrys Durani is an awesome doctor. Due to my severe tooth ache which unable me to sleep, he was able to insert me on his busy schedule, had me checked first thing in the morning to find the cause of my condition and was prescribed with medication which helps a lot in alleviating the pain. Great job!!!
