Dr. Hanna is absolutely wonderful. He always takes the time to do talk with me and actually listen to what Iβm saying. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and just wants to help. Wonderful dentist.

I wish I could give this place a 0!! Came here twice to check if what was wrong on my upper premolar. The dentist said that everything was fine except that I needed a crown for my molar but it doesnβt make sense because of the pain is on the premolar. So I ended up waking up in pain and my face is swollen. We had to go to ER because of that. I went to another dentist and they found out I needed root canal so I ended up having one and now Iβm pain free. I couldβve save myself from pain and going to ER only if the dentist knows how to diagnose his patient properly!

Do not go here!!! They try to trick you into doing things that are not covered by your insurance. Then charge your insurance for way more than a normal coverage. I went in for a normal cleaning and yearly check up and just received a $600 bill for what they told me would be fully covered.

Had an appointment in September was told I had an infection in my bone. They did a deep cleaning. Two months later I was in so much pain it was waking me up at night. They finally gave me antibiotics. The receptionist was on the phone to make me an appointment with the periodontist and I had to leave because between the mouth pain and back pain I had at the time I could barely stand. She was going to call me with the appointment time. I spent the night in the ER. So two months later I still have not heard from them, it is the middle of January now and they can't get me 8n until March. My infection is still there. I asked to speak to the office manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes and got a random voicemail.

The whole office was whispering and laughing at the patient. I recommend no one to go to this office. It takes a lot of courage to go into a dental office and then to have the staff making fun of the patientβ¦..the audacity. There are plenty of places that are more professional and they wonβt be people laughing at your family member.

I did wait 45 minutes before I was called. And the appointment was over an hour long. You need to take the day off if you have an appointment. Other than that great experience.

The hygienists rush through cleanings and I never feel like they do a thorough enough job. On top of that, I had an appointment scheduled for May that I had made 6 months prior (in November). They called me two days before my scheduled appointment to let me know that they didnβt have enough hygienists available and they needed to reschedule. Which would have been fine, if the next available appointment wasnβt this upcoming NOVEMBER. I went to a different dentist.

This place is amazing they saw me the same day I called about wisdom tooth pain, and I had surgery the next day to remove my wisdom teeth. The receptionist at the front desk was super helpful and really nice, and the woman that helped me schedule my surgery was incredibly nice and went out of her way to find time to get me in, all well still handling other patients. 100% recommend this place.

I had the absolute best experience @ Broadway Smiles. Dr. Latif is incredible! I hadn't been to the dentist in more years than I am proud to admit but the whole crew there was super kind which made me feel at ease. Everyone, starting with reception - to the wonderful technicians- to my hygienist Francisco , were STELLAR! I can't believe I am saying this about a dentist office, but I can't wait to go back! Thank you all!!

New patient, recently moved and after calling many places that had 1-2 month wait lists and Broadway Smiles got me in within a day. I saw their reviews and experienced none of the issues I read about. They even called me to move my appt. earlier (which concerned me at first) but I had zero issues. Very sweet and personable front desk staff and I have just had an extremely positive first appointment here. π
