Perfect Teeth - Continental Ranch

We were new patients and liked the dentists and hygienist. Unfortunately, the front desk people fall down on the job with billing. I was charged for two things the insurance company said I shouldn't have been. Cigna sent me the codes that I forwarded to Bree as proof. I was reimbursed for one of the charges then a month later was billed for it again! I have not yet been reimbursed for the second charge. After a few phone calls and e-mail (that wasn't even responded to) the situation still isn't resolved. Because I have no confidence in the front desk to read insurance codes and collect money properly or respond to and fix and error, I am taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad for them because I want quite a bit of work done.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!! Dr. Chang, Danielle, office staff and the intern were amazing!!! Made me feel right at home. If you are looking for a dental office that explains everything to you and that has a friendly atmosphere... this is the place for you!

I saw them again today. The staff and medical personnel are friendly, personable and professional. They all stand out individually and make you feel comfortable. Whatever they do or recommend is explained to you as well as the cost so you can make an informed decision. Again, each individual stands out, you are well cared for, they are personable and professional.

Dr. Santiago and his staff were awesome! i enjoyed his sense of humor. I highly recommend them! The visits were stressfree. I would have rated them five stars if it weren't for their insurace person! I would rate her a one srar! I have left messages for her numerous times over a three month period due to her lack of submission of a bill to my insurance company and have never gotten a call back! Obviously I am now being personally billed because of her lack of follow up!

Once again, I had a positive experience at Perfect Teeth where I have been receiving my dental care since 2016. This time I was treated by Esther who did an incredible and thorough cleaning of my teeth and Dr. Schop who explained options for me in a clear and easy to understand way for dental procedures that I asked about. In addition, Hector who manages the office was friendly and professional and explained in detail my fees which are the most reasonable given I have no dental insurance. If you are looking for a caring and highly professional dental office I strongly urge you to consider this office. All my concerns and questions about my dental health were answered and the treatment I received from Esther and Dr. Schop were the best in my fifty plus years as a patient. Mindy is awesome. She keeps you updated every step of the way and makes sure you understand each of those steps. She set realistic goals for my kids and my daughter just loved her visit. Thanks for being wonderful!!!

Billing Issue: Had a crown done July, 2019 for which Perfect Teeth required full payment up front. My insurance company then paid my plan's share, $400. After multiple phone calls, I have not been reimbursed. This is BALANCE BILLING, and is fraudulent! I have reported the issue to Medicare's Grievance Dept. for follow-up.

my wife broke a tooth and went here and had a root canal done. After two visits she couldnt take it any more. She left in tears. She is a nurse and a tuff one also. I was shocked. She went to the dentist she had been seeing in the past only to be told that tooth must be pulled. They should have never done a root canal becouse the tooth is well below the gum line. This place seems to not be a all in one place as they can do only some procedures once or twice a week. We are used to seeing one dentist for the entire job not three. We will not be going here again. My wife did say it was a shame becouse the staff are all very nice. Myself I dont care for the whole dentist office in a shopping plaza bit.

The entire staff is great to work with. My cap had fallen off and I was able to get in right away to see the Dr which is gentle and great. Both my husband and myself have been going here over the past year and love it.

My wife and I wish to thank the exemplary staff for highly professional services rendered. Dr. Sarah Chang has wonderful diagnostic and highly technical skills. She has an easy rapport with us, and makes us feel encoraged in dealing with teeth challenges. For instance, she diagnosed and determined my wife needed a root canal durirng her first appointment. Much to our amazement, my wife was able to undergo a root canal procedure the very same day with Dr. Paul Hobeich! Dr. Chang follows through with meticulous details when we have questions and concerns. Her dental assistant, Christina, relates easily with us and explains dental procedures well. She, too, has highly technical skills in assisting Dr. Chang with temporary crowns. My wife's temporary crown stayed intact for three weeks. ( That is a first time I did not have to assist my wife with some temporary cement). Mindy, the dental hygienist, gives us painless and thorough cleanings. I particularly appreciate her services, as I have had painful cleaning experiences in the past. Hector, the public relations/ financial specialist, is an effective troubleshooter. When we have called about teeth emergencies, Hector immediately consults with Dr. Chang and returns our calls. Bree, the receptionist, has a gracious manner and makes us feel welcome.
All in all, we could not be happier with the services at Perfect Teeth on Silverbell. The location is ideal too, for shopping at Fry's and other shops.
