I've never been excited to go to the dentist, but there are definitely some better than others; Rincon is a better one. The entire process from scheduling to end payment is easy. The staff are genuinely friendly and put you at ease, not at all in a forced or creepy way. My Hygienist, Robert was great to work with and had a sincere, easy going way about him that made my visit quick and painless. I am very happy here, and have total confidence in their professionalism and skills.

The entire team at Rincon Family Dentistry is awesome! The office is very clean, welcoming and everyone there is super nice and willing to help. They listened to my concerns and were able to provide me with the dental care I needed. Dr. Boudreaux is great! He was very gentle, explained each step and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. Excellent cannot believe how excellent DR. B is incredible gentle on the mouth and is not hard on dental work. Loved the dental plan and excellent manner of all the staff. Best customer service I ever had. Even with anaphylaxis problems I was completely taken more than care of. Thank you so much for excellence in every way.

Dr. Boudreaux is very easy to talk with, listens well and addressed my concerns all on my initial visit. Friendly, service oriented businesses don’t just happen by chance. Obviously his team and he have worked together well to make the process easy to establish care, receive great dental care and feel good about the outcome. His flexibility involving you in establishing a care plan allows you to feel comfortable and confident in trusting your dental health to his care. And thanks to Robert, my hygienist, too. We just moved here from Florida and I chose a dentist that looked nice on google. My first visit was today and it was wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when it comes to insurance, giving advice on what’s best for you, and making a timeline that works for your life. Thank you guys.

After not going to the dentist since being a little kid I was so anxious and nervios. I was referred to Rincón Dentistry by my friend Belen and I am so thankful! Front office Kristie was so nice and professional. Once I was called back Nicole was amazing! She explained everything and all my anxiety went away! I’m so thankful for the amazing experience and look forward to future visits with Dr. Boudreaux and his amazing team.

I will not be coming back here. The scheduling has been an issue since day 1 with me constantly being moved around or being given wrong dates and times that, and the billing. I went in for a filling today, felt good coming in because was told it would only be 1-1.5 hours, ended up being there 2.5 which I wouldn’t have done with my baby there if I knew it would be that long. Thankfully they were nice enough to take my daughter up at the front desk, but I just felt anxious the whole time because I needed to get her home and was wrongfully given a time. Then I finally finish and get ready to go and my last visit quoted me a tad over 80 dollars and I ended up needing something extra that I was told while I was getting my work done it would be an extra 20. Walk up to the desk and it’s 150 and nobody could really explain why. I will not be going back after just constantly feeling like this place is a runaround. Thank you for the kindness and patience that you all provided with my daughter today, but super unprofessional.

I was a patient of Dr. Collier for my entire life and decided to give Dr Boudreaux a chance when he took over the practice. I was not disappointed! He takes the time to explain everything, does not rush you, and is very gentle. I am super nervous when it comes to dental treatments and this practice puts you at ease. The front staff and hygienists are all very kind and makes for an overall great experience. I live in California now and still I come to Tucson to see this dentist, that is how good it is!

I had an emergency and needed a dentist. I looked up emergency dentist and found Rincon Dentistry. Before getting started I let the assistant about my anxiety and my previous bad dental experience … she listened she smiled and started talking with me like we were old friends. I had to have a molar pulled. She kept me so calm and relaxed that I didn’t feel the molar coming out when it was time.
They did their jobs but at the same time she was able to keep me calm and not have a panic attack.

My tooth pain started on Friday on Monday I called the office and on Tuesday I was in and taken care of. That’s service! Kudos for giving me a discount when I didn’t have insurance.

I am rarely compelled to write about any experience much less in Healthcare but here it goes. This location was the office of my previous dentist Dr Collier. After he retired I received a relentless barage of phone calls explaining that this new dentist group was going to be sort of absorbing some of the patients. They must have called me 20 times. Since I knew the place and I am very busy I decided to give them a try. I specifically asked if they took my insurance and they repeatedly said yes. I went for the normal stuff which is mostly cleanings and months later received crazy bills for the usual copay covered things. Once I asked why, they said " We don't take your insurance".

Dentist that treated was nice enough but this place felt underhanded and a bit thirsty. Just be up front and honest. Glad I didn't give them too much money
