I have been a patient here for many years. They no longer accept my insurance as in network. They would not work with me on price of a routine cleaning that's always covered by my insurance . The hygienists are very nice, but their front office is a mess. Their is no loyalty to their patients. I am very disappointed. Do not go here!

Everyone at Zona Dental group from the office staff, hygienists, and Dentists are extremely friendly and professional. My cleaning was comfortable, and Stephanie did a great job of communicating with me to entire time. The exam with Dr. Richardson was complete and the polish they used took off coffee stains that I have not been able to remove before. I highly recommend them!

I had pre-cavities, and before coming here I knew at that point they were probably cavities. I had 4 fillings here and have no issue with their diagnosis and treatment plan. Afterwards I had pain when flossing in between two of the teeth that had to have fillings. Not gum pain, tooth pain. A year later and one of the fillings broke and I'm unable to eat on that side of my mouth (going to a dentist in my current local area to fix) I don't have previous experience with fillings, so I thought the tooth pain when flossing was just something to deal with. I don't think that now and am unhappy with the dental work that was done. Their facilities and people are nice, though. I'm sorry to even post this with that consideration, but I'd bet I'd be in less pain currently if I'd never gone there.
Editing my review since I think I was initially too harsh. After going to a dentist in my local area, the filling isn't broken, but had a bad seal. It needs to be redone, but the rest of the fillings are good.

One week ago I had my tooth extracted and had stitches. My husband and I had to travel to Tucson for work and I missed my appointment in Vegas. I was worried about finding a dental office that would remove the stitches. I called couple of dental offices near our hotel (The Westin) and got rejected because the surgery was done by a different doctor. I was so happy when the Zona Dental Group scheduled a same day appointment for me. Dr. Richardson was very fast and professional. I wish I would leave close enough to be his patient and have all my dental procedures done at the Zona Dental Group!

My experience as a first time patient at Zona Dental Group was fantastic and I say this as one that's not very fond of going to a dentist.
The environment is very warm and pleasant and it was a joy to interact with such a kind and knowledgeable staff and assistants and doctors, which is no small thing these days.

Dr. Richardson was very kind and knowledgeable. I liked that he showed me my x-rays and pointed out the problem areas. My previous dentist would show me the x rays but I really couldn’t tell what I was looking at. I had Stephanie as my hygienist and she was very friendly and did a great job. I was comfortable and will return for follow up and to get cavities taken care of.

The Entire staff was professional and friendly. My cleaning was done by Valerie and she did an excellent job, rarely do you get a painless yet thorough cleaning! A cavity was found during my examination and was taken care of immediately after my cleaning. It was an easy and quick pain free process! Brittany the Office Manager was outstanding, very organized and professional! Kudos to Zona Dental Group!!
