First, the service was very good. Secondly, I was disappointed to learn you are no longer in network for United Concordia. On top of that I was asked to pay $75 for both my wife and I for a cleaning that typically is paid at 100% by my insurance. This was done without notification to me and I suspect others having the same insurance as I. This will force me to seek services elsewhere that provides in network services. I wish you had been more upfront with this information.

I have what I'd call extreme dental anxiety where I can make an appointment and get into the chair but I'm freaking out the whole time.
Here my tech made me as comfy as possible, provided full understanding/explanations and offered to assist me in any way he could to provide a more comfortable experience.
Walked away with 2 followups scheduled for work and I'm much much less anxious to proceed onward with fixing the issues.
Nitros is also readily available so that's a big PLUS for me and my nerves!

I’m really glad I found this dental office. It was clean, comfortable and everyone I had contact with was nice and very professional. Tori was an awesome hygienist. She kept at it until all my stubborn plaque was gone! Thank you for that. My teeth feel wonderful again! The dentist was really nice and gentle as he maneuvered around my mouth. Same with Tori as she did the X-rays. Excellent service all around!

The office was clean and inviting. Upon arrival I was greeted and discharged by a friendly and sweet young lady although another front desk person arrived during my visit and she never acknowledged my presence- not even a smile 😕.
The hygentist was great! She explained everything she did and I felt like I made a new friend 😊
The dentist was professional and thorough. He asked if I had any concerns and I felt comfortable with him.
I was very pleased with my overall experience and happy that I chose Vail Family Dentistry.

The front desk staff has always been amazing! And their prices for someone without insurance? Also amazing. The dentist has always made me feel comfortable, along with his assistant and everyone else. I had to get work done to the point where my body was physically shaking from the pain/procedure we went through but I wouldn’t have gotten through it without them! Their calmness and everything they did for me put me at ease. We might have had to take a few breaks but they always listened to what I wanted and how I was feeling. I’ll give an updated review with the dentists name but if you want exceptional service, please come here! I really can’t stress how amazing they are.

I had broken a front tooth and came into the office completely embarrassed. The staff was kind, caring and compassionate to my dental emergency. The doctor was very thorough with his examination and explained the treatment to me completely to ensure I was comfortable moving forward. They were able to address my broken front tooth the same day!
