As a traveler passing through I needed quick efficient service and I got it. I felt the crew went out of their way in filing for my insurance cause they normally don’t. While I waited for confirmation of benefits, Sharon the hygienist, sat me in an amazing massage chair. That was also just what I needed. Thank you staff.

These folks are very kind, patient, and willing to work with the patient on insuramce claims and scheduling, as well as work being done on your teeth, to help you feel comfortable and give you a stress free visit. If you have questions or other issues after your dentist has done his work on you, you can call and come back in, for fittings, or a checkup whenever you feel the need. Great place to have your Dentistry done.

Love this office, everyone is friendly and ready to help with any concerns you may have. Dr. Gardner is a great dentist that offers a variety of services. My favorite are our same day crowns! Give them I try, I highly recommend them to provide all your dental care!!!

When my dentist retired I was very worried I would receive the level of care I was used to. I have been more than pleased with the services here with Dr Gardner. Helpful, informative, caring.
Staff is very friendly. They greet you cheerily each time you are there. Nice clean professional setting. The tv's above the chair help distract me when he's drilling away lol!

I was in pain with an infected tooth. I made an appointment with the dentist here to have the tooth removed. The assistant and front office folks were extremely nice. The dentist gave me a shot to numb my jaw. He then waited for a few minutes, and when he returned, he began to pull the tooth. I know what a tooth extraction is supposed to feel like. You feel the pressure, but you aren't supposed to feel excruciating pain, which I did. I told the dentist that it was hurting me really bad, and he ignored me the first time, and I continued to complain about the pain, he continued and said he was almost done. I heard and felt a loud crack, and soon the tooth was out. The whole right side of my head was hurting so badly it was hard to comprehend what had just happened. I was sent home with the usual instructions about what to do and not do after a tooth is removed.
My jaw and gums continued to hurt for almost 2 months after that tooth was pulled. I'm sure the dentist had cracked my jaw and gum. If I'd had enough gas in my vehicle, I would have gone to my regular dentist in Show Low. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. He continued pulling the tooth, even though I squirmed and yelled in pain. I had dental insurance, also, and my co-pay was still 78.00. I was so angry about how I was treated that I put a stop payment on the check, and my bank guaranteed me it wouldn't go through, but it did, and he was paid anyway. Thumbs down to this dentist...

There is no reply button, so let me just say this. What good would it do to call your office??? The damage has already been done. It can't be taken back, or fixed. I don't appreciate the insinuation that you don't believe I was really seen in your clinic. I was seen there way back towards the end of May. You can look it up.
I pray no one else goes through what I did there. I don't know if the dentist was just too busy and irritated, or maybe just assumed that all I was feeling was the pressure, but it was the most painful thing I have experienced other than child birth, and everyone knows what assuming does.
