Dr. Jeffus and staff are all amazing! Every time I go in the office we have conversations like we have known each other forever. This is a laid back easy going group that enjoy their jobs and you as a patient. I also had huge dentist phobia and didn't want any part of the dentist office. Now I go when I am scheduled and have had a ton of dental work done and it is because they are all so caring and do not want you to experience pain in anyway! I highly recommend this office!

I went to Centerstone Dentistry today and I will admit I was a bit scared because I knew I would probably have to get a crown on my back tooth. Dr. Woods and her staff were excellent and made me feel at ease. They made sure I was very comfortable and doing alright during the whole procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Woods and her staff and I will definately go back there!!!

I absolutely love this dental office. Dr. Jeffus takes care of me and my children and does a fantastic job. The staff is amazing and personable (as well as Dr. Jeffus). My children are always calmed of any anxiety’s with patience and reassurance. We always leave happy and well taken care of. They truly care about you and it shows! I’ve finally found my forever Dentist! :)

Maybe this dental office is fine for cleanings but I would not recommend for issues other than that. I'm glad we got a second opinion. When the 2nd opinion dentist read the chart and looked at the place on the gum she knew immediately what it was and confirmed it with X-rays. Centerstone told her it was because she wasn't flossing. After months of flossing and it not healing we knew something wasn't right. Turns out she had to have a minor surgical procedure to correct it. Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like the dentist should have known the issue was a bit more serious than a flossing issue.

This office is awesome! It felt great to be greeted by name and treated like a person and not just a billing opportunity. Everyone is friendly, patient, and thorough. Dr. Jeffus is such a sweetie!!

Dr. Brooke Jeffus and her staff are AMAZING! I have dental phobia (bad, to the point of needing anti-anxiety prescription drugs to go). I needed a lot of work done and researched local dentists for WEEKS before deciding to pick her practice. I needed a crown, but every time Dr. Jeffus started I panicked and got worked up, so she had to stop and talk me down. She suggested I listen to music, but *I forgot my earbuds*. Guess what she did next!
***She went to her car and looked for earbuds! After not finding any, she brought me her personal cell phone, logged into Pandora, found my favorite music, placed it under my shoulder and turned up the volume. When the dental tool became too loud for me and/or freaked me out, Dr. Jeffus and her assistant started *singing to me to calm me down!***. I'm almost 30 yrs old and I have never experienced compassion, patience, and professionalism like this in my entire life. I RECOMMEND DR. JEFFUS TO ANY AND EVERYONE, especially if you have dental phobia. Her and her staff are kind, patient, and great at what they do. I am so grateful to have found her. *Never going anywhere else for dental work!*

Seems there is different office staff everytime we went in. Though they are all nice, the quality of work done there is the worst I've seen. I had my 6 year old in that office for fillings back early 2016. Well here we are early 2017 and both fillings fell out which has resulted in cavity to the nerve and an ugly silver cap. ( I have had some shotty dental work done in my life, but at tleast my fillings have lasted over a year) Someone asked who I used in town and I sadly had to let her know to take her little one else where. I would definitely not recommend.

They are usually good, I’ve been going here since 2015. I recently got a thing in the mail saying I had an appointment on Saturday at 8am? But they aren’t even open on Saturdays. I was so CONFUSED. I called, left and voicemail and everything and never got a call back. It’s very hard to make appointments over the phone.

I went in to have a tooth removed. I was made to pay for a surgical extraction before the procedure. It turned out to be a simple extraction. The difference in price was not returned to me.
