Great Dental practice! I haven't taken time to go to the dentist in years. Luckily I just needed a deep cleaning. I accidentally stumbled upon Dr. Simpson and his practice and am so glad I did. Great people, great care, and a very clean and modest office. This is my new dentist and I'm so happy I found him and his team!

Got me in quickly, everyone was super nice and friendly. Gave me options on what I wanted to do about my broken tooth which I loved. Made sure I didn’t feel any pain while extracting my tooth. I had a super positive experience and will be going back to do the rest of my dental work.

Amazing!!! I had no appointment, but had chipped my front teeth !!! They were so kind in working me in , and DR Simpson did a amazing job in helping me work on a plan to get much needed work done !!! I left the office with a smile again to be proud of :) I will recommend his practice to everyone I know !!!

I made a mistake by not completely reading my text from the dentist office to confirm my appt because for the past 10 years my appointment has ALWAYS been on a Tuesday. I honestly just looked at the time to make sure I got there on time. My intentions were good. I truly made a mistake by thinking the receptionist had not made a mistake making my appt on a Tuesday. There were 2 mistake made. I never read my text for confirming the appt except for the time. My bad. So, of course, I came to the appt a day late...on time...only to have the receptionist take no responsiblity for making my appt on the WRONG day. She said she couldn't work me in that day. I understood. Then, she said I would have to come back on any day "whenever" and sit and wait to be worked in to continue w Dr Simpson. In other words, I had no idea which day or how long I would have to wait....most likely hours. After being a patient at this office for years (literally for years) and having the SAME day for my appt for 10 yrs this is just wrong. I will get my cleaning somewhere else as well as new partials...... need say no more and I could.

Dr. Simpson is absolutely the BEST dentist I have gone to, and I've been to many over the years. Had to have a tooth extraction today. Getting ready for a bridge. Not only did the shots not hurt, but the extraction went smoothly. My tooth had completely broken off, so there was none to grab. He managed to extract the tooth completely without any issues. This is from a patient who is terrified of dentists. I trust Dr. Simpson with ANY tooth issue that might arise. He also gives a discount to seniors! Woohoo

Went in for full top extractions on Thursday and I could not believe that I did not feel a thing and dr. Simpson got my teeth out within 4 minutes dr. Simpson made me feel very confident within my decision from the very beginning promised me he wouldn't let me leave without loving my final denture all the ladies have been wonderful from the very beginning and non-judgmental for the fact that I have denture at a young age due to genetics and poor decisions if you are scared to go to the dentist like me I promise you dr. Simpson is the best don't be scared just do it:)

The best dentist with the best service!!! Dr. Simpson is amazing!!!!!! They get you in super quick. They don't beat around the bush with prices. Super clean. Has the absolute best bedside manner!!! Treats you like family. I recommend him to everyone!!!!! If I could, I would give him a 1000 star review. Will keep going back for all my dental needs!!! So glad he is located in Fort Smith!!
