It was awesome, as always. I’m greeted by name when I walk in. The patient waiting area is always clean and neatly arranged. Everyone is always very neat, smiling and professional, but homey. I appreciate the consistency of my allotted appointment time because I can be pretty accurate letting my boss know how long I will out of the office.

I am a new patient with my first appointment scheduled in April. I haven't filled out all the new patient yet. Today I had an emergency and was worked in within a couple of hours (even though I didn't even have my insurance card on me). Everyone was wonderful.

My son’s first cavity was discovered at his bi-annual cleaning appointment yesterday. We were told he needed a filling and luckily they had one available appointment for him today.
Within minutes upon arrival, Jennifer called us back. Once in the room, she showed and explained to us all the tools she would be using during the procedure. She adjusted the tv, cracked jokes, and made my son feel comfortable. Dr. Fleischner did the same. He was thorough and communicated the whole time to my son, his dental assistant, and me. It was a wonderful experience. Believe it or not, my children love going to the dentist and I think one of the main reasons is because the way they are treated by the staff at HSNPDG.
