Outstanding service and extremely friendly staff. The cleaning I received was better than the last 2 cleanings from my previous dentist combined. Couple that with the fact two of my biggest pet peeves from previous dentists were nonexistent... continously shaming on the condition of my teeth and constantly trying to get me to run right out and buy a $200 toothbrush.
This office is great. Right to business with the best care to get my teeth in the best shape they've been in for quite some time. Would, and WILL be recommending then to everyone around town.

I recently moved back to malvern and set up a dentist appointment. I was running late with my toddler to my appointment (I ran about 30 minutes late). 30 minutes is late and I understand having to reschedule but the front desk woman was extremely rude and confrontational for no reason. There was no one else in the lobby. Also they can’t get me back in until October. I will be finding a different dentist.

Made an appointment to have a tooth extracted over a week ago but informed the lady I could not pay in full with no insurance so I asked her about my dental insurance that I currently have active and I said if you take it and it’s and covered I would love to use your facility if not I can always go to Hot Springs to Aspen dental so the day before my appointment she calls says it’s gonna be $150-$200 because my insurance does not cover the extraction I do not understand why it’s OK for over a week and the day before my appointment to tell me this very dissatisfied with communication with this facility I should’ve went to Aspen dental which is where I’m going now

I had my teeth cleaned and the water scaler was wonderful. I I didn’t know you could have your teeth cleaned without getting them scraped with a metal hook.
