I would rate my visit 5 star. I got the same quality care as I was used to receiving. Some or all of the previous staff remained and remembered me. I always had a poem on previous visits, so I had one for Dr.Dover he listened and had me play the harmonica while he recorded me. It seemed like a family visit, which I liked.
