Dr. Norwood is the best! She is warm, friendly, and doesn’t judge. They make accommodations for scardy cats like me.

Posting on behalf of my fiancée who had a terrible experience with this dental office. She requested to have it filed under a certain insurance and they refused while insisting that they file under different insurance that she didn't want it filed under. All in all she walked out of the office after having to pay for an appointment that was supposed to be fully covered if they had filed the correct insurance when she requested it.
We will not be returning here and I recommend that people stay away if the billing staff is going to continue being rude and difficult.

After years of neglecting my mouth, I finally had to do in due to some terrible pain. Dr Hankins recommended removal of an impacted wisdom tooth as well as root canal and crown on t30 molar. The wisdom tooth extraction went off without a hitch, but when I had problems with infection under t30, DR Hankins was very quick to recommend I go see an oral surgeon. I'm down a molar, but I have no pain!! Thank you.

Went for something very simple and end up with a root canal and almost a second one.
Very disappointed!! Been with them for over 15 yrs and had never been so disappointed and so stressful. Never had this problem before.

Only thing-make sure they tell you the price before they begin doing ANYTHING! They told me they would do so when I called to schedule the appt and then never did while I was there.
