I have had a hard time finding a good dentist in the area. It had been several years since I had been seen. Staff was very kind and understanding with fears and anxieties. Everyone at Smile line is so nice and welcoming, from front desk, dental hygienists, and the doctors. They were also amazing with my 5 year old daughter! Highly recommend Smile Line.

I have been extremely afraid of dentists since I was a teen! My son found Smile Line Dentistry in Antioch and said he liked them. “Mikey likes them” (play on well ya know) anyway, I made an appointment and I have to say I am so glad I did! Not only do I have no more broken teeth but my crowns look great in there! They took such good care of me and my concerns! Today I was so happy to go see my favorite hygienist Jennifer and I look forward to seeing her again! Very happy client here!❤️
Just had a crown that’s been with me since I was a teen. The office once more provided the best care! So glad my son found them and I am getting over my fear of dentists thanks to ALL of the staff! ❤️

Love Dr. G. He’s super nice and gentle, I’m always really comfortable during my appointments. The front office ladies are always so nice and welcoming. The assistants are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable.

I love Smile line! After a few terrible experiences at previous dentists, I have had major anxiety about going to the dentist. My brother recommended smile line so I fought my fears and went in for a consultation/cleaning. Unsurprisingly, I had a full on anxiety attack in the chair. When I began to cry, Dr. Ghobrial sat with me and talked me through my bad past experiences and promised me he’d do his best to never make me feel the way I did with the other dentists. He walks me through all my procedures. He’s quick and gentle and always makes me feel safe in the chair. Bridget in the front office is a rockstar too! I had a couple insurance issues when I first began going and she handled them like a pro with little to no headache on my part! I love my dentist at smile line and they’re the only ones I trust!

The review was what took me here and what a nightmare.
I went here because of a chipped tooth that was bonded with gold cap. I also needed to redo my partial denture.
I have dual coverage, meaning, I have two dental policies and they both happened to be Delta Dental.
I was told that I needed a bridge. They took impression of my teeth and put on temporary bridge.
At this time, I sat down with their billing personnel who showed me a list of the dental work needed done and how much it would cost. I specifically asked her to clarify my dental policies and how it would or would not work for my benefit. She reassured me that my two policies would really work well for me She showed me that my out of pocket would be $800 and some change after all dental procedures done and partial denture. So, I agreed to the work…
I thought I could trust this place… So, I referred my dear daughter to their services. My daughter made an appointment and went in for deep cleaning in February. Dr told her to take Advil 3x a day to help with the information. To this day, it’s April, My daughter is still taking advil 3X a day because of inflammation from this deep cleaning.
Back to my experience…
This was in February…
I was told to come back for follow up . Dentist decided to extract one tooth then put on another temporary bridge. I was given an appointment for my permanent bridge after 5 weeks on March 11th, 2022.
While I am waiting for my permanent bridge, I am constantly in pain to a point that I literally have to live with Tylenol daily. It’s April 5th now and I’m still in pain and my teeth that are covered with the temporary bridge are still very sensitive and still could not bite any food with my temporary bridge.
One Friday, the pain was just excruciating and it gave me such a severe headache. I called the office only to find out that they were close that day. I left a message and not a soul that cared enough to follow up. When I called back, one of their staff (the billing person) said, “I called you back but you didn’t answer!” I asked her why didn’t she leave a message, she kept saying, “but I called you back”. If you’re in customer service and accustomed to exercising professionalism, you would leave a message… RIGHT???
Back to my appointment that was scheduled for March 11th…
That day came and I was told that Dr couldn’t see me because he was going to a funeral. I had to schedule another appointment and of course took time off my busy work schedule to get my permanent bridge. I walked in to the office and their billing personnel gave me a bill to pay of $1300 and some change for the work previously done… The only work that was ever done was one tooth extraction and two temporary bridge and an appointment that they canceled. I did pay $140 copay for 2 office visits. I have dual coverage dental insurance and this out of pocket for what?
I told the billing personnel that I did ask her specifically about the charges and she reassured me that my 2 policies would cover all but an $800 something that I would pay out of pocket. She said, I know but I’m not the insurance. I argued that I explained to her what I could and could not be obligated to pay and she continued to reassure me of the charges.
So, she had tailored a pretty financial presentation to con me to have agreed and consented to the services for their pretty paycheck.
This dental office is far from exercising honesty and there is no integrity here at all. They just want to get you engaged with their services for their pretty dollars from your insurance.
