The staff is very pleasant each time I visit the BDG office. They ensure patient comfort and do such a good job while doing dental procedures making it a very good experience. I would refer this dental team to others without hesitation - Thank you BDG!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would, they are just that good. So my grandma dropped and broke in half her bottom dentures on Thursday evening. My mom and I were panicked because we weren't sure if she would be able to eat (she doesn't have any teeth left in the back), and it was going to be the weekend so we figured we were going to have a hard time trying to find someone to help with fixing them. So I called Brimhall Dental Group Friday morning at 8:15am, the receptionist(Shavon) was at first hesitant saying that we wouldn't be able to get anything done until Monday, so I explained that I didn't know the severity of it for I didn't know if my grandma could. So Shavon called her lab to if it was possible, she quickly called me back and told me to meet her at the office so that the lab could pick them up. I dropped off the denture at 8:45am and got a phone call at 11:30am saying that they were finished. The amount of time they put in to accommodate us (who have never been here) and the politeness, I haven't experienced good customer service like this in a very long time! Would totally recommend 10/10!

I haven't made it into the office yet but the staff has been very accommodating as far as scheduling. Originally my appointment was in July and they worked hard to get me in sooner. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make the appointment but they worked hard to fit me in asap. Very nice staff.

It was a great experience. Jenna was a great for my sealant and teeth cleaning. They were upfront with the prices and the things that are not covered by insurance. Everything was thorough and painless!

spent the whole night in horrible pain. Called this place gave them my insurance policy. They were quick to get me in. They then present me with a $961 bill for ONE tooth. WAIT A MINUTE I HAVE INSURANCE. THEY KNEW I WAS OUT OF NETWORK BUT DIDNT BOTHER TELLING ME. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY ITS UNACCEPTABLE TO PRACTICE THAT WAY. The DR seemed nice better be for that price. DO NOT SUPPORT PRICE Gougers

The dentist Dr. Kiuftis was great, I had to have an extraction and did not feel a thing. Staff was pleasant and helpful through the whole experience. Finally a dentist that I don't dread going to.

This doctor is so patient and extremely attentive in making sure that you are completely comfortable throughout your procedure! By far the best I’ve been to here in Bakersfield! Staff is also efficient and wait time is slim to none!

Very good experience for my wife. She had an emergency. They got her in same day and fixed her. Only reason no 5 stars were the price and didn't take Medi-Cal. But overall it saved my wife. Thank you Brimhall dental!!!
