After having bad experiences with other local dentists I stumbled across Dr.Mutyalas office I’m so happy I found her I won’t go to anyone else Dr.Mutyala is very knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. She and the entire staff there made me feel very comfortable, her office is also very clean, I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr.Mutyala is kind and caring. I’m a very nervous pt and she took her time. She explains everything she is doing and why. Her dentistry is awesome! She has a Great Assistant Allie who is very caring and knowledgeable also. Great team!

My son had his first check up, and he was nervous- but the staff was so friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen. Our experience was excellent and our family will definitely be back. 😎👍🏽

I came in with some serious pain a few months back and the work done in a hurry to get me feeling better was A+, didn't feel like it was a rushed job or anything. Really awesome front desk receptionist who stayed in good communication with me about further work I needed done, the dental assistant was new to this office at the time but looked like she was working out just fine.

Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mutyala and staff know what they are doing and keep a positive vibe during appointments. I actually look forward to going in for my next appointment! Awesome place 👏

Great service every time. We have been coming to Gateway Family Dentistry for the past two years and have excellent service and support every visit. From the front office through the entire visit.

Professional dentist very thorough explaining my dental diagnosis and my options. Assistant very caring and made me feel comfortable.

Terrible service. At first the dentist and front office seemed very nice and open and helpful. We told them that we would have to wait for our tax refund to pay. We were told that we could pay half up front and the other half after if we needed to because shes, "aware that we need the teeth fixed and thats whats most important." Once the time came I had the full amount thanks to my tax return. The charge to my card was attempted at full price, then again at 4k. Both times declined. I stated it might be a bank thing with a cap on my maximum daily purchase. I offered to pay cash once I was off work. I brought up the option to only pay half (which would have worked.) And I was ignored, I raised it again (i was on speakerphone) and again ignored. They made accomodations like taking late lunch and put aside 5hrs to do the work for us. They were not going to charge us. But after hearing me say "if they're not willing to work with us we will have to look elsewhere"(I was at work on speaker), my GF told me that the doctor made the decision to charge me the $150 cancellation fee after the call was ended. Although, they were responsible after declining to offer the payment options we were told were available. On top of that, theres the issue of the extra thousand. At first when I asked why my original quote was less they claimed I mis-read the paper. After I aknowledged that I still have the paper and it has the price I was told. They proceeded to check their files and still stood firm that the quote never changed. Once I said I will bring my paper after work and compare, they looked again and said OH YEAH, well the REASON it IS DIFFERENT is because your specific insurance is wierd and they've never worked with it before (renaissance). Then the dentist proceeded to tell my GF how theres so many if ands or buts in our coverage that they will never be able to give us a direct quote and its always subject to change last minute. On top of that, she revealed that, "oh your insurance might not cover certain things so were charging you extra NOW so you dont have to be called and charged extra LATER. And if its less, we will refund you." I said I'd rather pay minimum now and extra later, reason being, is because I trust that I will pay them over trusting that I will be reimbursed. She claimed to be confused and didn't understand my point. So with no option to pay half the amount as promised, and a suspicious extra thousand dollars applied last minute on the day of the appointment, the appointment was cancelled because they refused to fulfill a service that was offered and because they wouldn't accept cash after the dental services were performed. My mother and GF who were there said they saw a change in the doctors demeanor before she decided to apply the 150. Don't ever go here unless you're ok with paying an extra thousand last minute with a wishy washy excuse. I will be going to another dentist who is more honest and willing to work with other honest hard working people. I Tried calling to reverse the charge with this exact explanation and they declined and shifted topics as usual. So wells fargo is now taking care of it.

Very comfortable environment. Lots of one on one with Dr. made me feel as though I was the most important person in the room. Answered all my questions and had a great game plan for continued dental health.
