I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They are uncaring unprofessional and all about making money from customers. I came in for a cleaning I was told after the examination that I needed deep cleaning They said it could not be done without authorization from my insurance hence they gave me another date to come in and instructed if the authorization is not back by then they will reschedule. The authorization came I took the day off work and came. I was in the chair when I was told that they were going to do a procedure I said what procedure I wasn’t aware of any procedure. They said I needed a procedure and told me the cost and how much I will have to pay as copay. I said no am here for a deep cleaning was told I have to make another appointment for the cleaning and have the procedure done that today. I don’t see how they should just do what they wish when they wish and have no regards for the wishes or availability of the patient. Not a customer friendly establishment. I refused to go further they said ok have a nice day.

I have come here for a couple years now and refuse to go anywhere else. They're honest, personable, and professional. They're always playing Christian music in the office, I love it. The new office on Truxtun is stunning. All the employees are very sweet. I used to dread dentists appointments but now, with Dr. Thomas as my doctor, I am more than comfortable as well as confident that he takes care of every dental need. I enjoy every visit. This dental office is very professional. They were more than willing to take my screaming children and make sure they get the treatment they needed. They offer sedation too, which helps so much for children with special needs. I really appreciate it and I love their staff. Super friendly and very nice and made my kids feel so comfortable. This is the best place we have ever been. The dentist is very professional. The work is very great in quality. The staff treats you like family. You cant possibly ask for better! My kids look forward to coming to this dentist. And that speaks for itself. Wed never go anywhere else. I recommend this place to every single person i talk to when it comes to dentists- Midtown Family Dentistry has the very best! Just ask my 5 year old

Not kid friendly at all!! This place was just horrible and I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. They are not caring and did not want to deal with my 2 year old because he was scared & crying as most kids are. Recommended me to go somewhere else , like I said didn’t want to deal with a child. Also the dentist said all his teeth were fine even after I told him my son was crying his tooth hurts. I ended up taking him somewhere else and he had a cavity that needed to be fixed and worked on.

This is the absolute best place we have ever been to. We've been to about 5 other places before until we finally found this one. The staff is wonderful, the cleanliness of the office is superb and the dentist is super gentle, the work they do is absolutely excellent. The overall experience there is so pleasant, my 4 yr old wants to know when she can go back!! I definitely recommend this place to any and everyone who has a child in need of dental treatment. Definitely.
