I'm leaving a review because they asked me to give them a 5 star review in exchange for a gift. I'm leaving an honest review for no gift. I gave them 3 because the staff is friendly and the dentist was knowledgeable. But the reception area reminded me of a first apartment barely furnished and seemed to miss something despite the Christmas decor. I had to wait a while for each person, which didn't bother me too much since I wasn't in a hurry. But the real stickler,.... they're too cheap to splurge on a water heater for the water lines to the treatment chairs. Talk about painful pressurized blasts of ice cold water to sensitive teeth!! Ouch!

Kelly is the best, she is very professional and passionate about her work. My experience over all is Great! The dental Staff is also amazing and wonderful in what they do. The atmosphere in the dental office is very friendly and professional. I have severe anxiety when I go to the dentist in the past but here they make me feel so comfortable and the experience is amazing I highly recommend this Dentistry!!!

The staff here is amazing! My assistant Chloe was super gentle with her xrays and took her time. My hygienist Kelly was very thorough and educational about tooth brushing techniques. I highly recommend this office to everyone! Their services is super quick, gentle and relaxing.

From the moment I arrived I received excellent service and care. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was called back on time for my appointment. The dental technician that took my x-rays was great. She listened to the additional concerns I had and asked Dr. Pham to address them. The hygienist provided me with a pain free cleaning and a lovely dental care package when we were done. I already set my next appointment!

Dr. Pham is an amazing dentist! Everyone in the office is friendly and kind. His assistant Kelly is so awesome she’s caring, she’s very good at what she does. She is passionate about her job. she always makes our visit great! I would definitely recommend this practice!

I have Had many experiences with dental offices some good some not good at all. I have to say that Mount Vernon dentistry has been by far the most professional and courteous I have ever been to. I am a very picky and hard to please person. If you are looking for a great atmosphere with great people and very good prices. Then this is a place you have to visit. The staff is very welcoming especially Olivia Gallo.

We are having a great time here. Actually waiting and talking about fun stuff. It’s a kind place, they lecture less and really related to my 7th grader about her changing care and interest in becoming better at caring for herself. Highly recommend and by appointment only so they can maintain pandemic standards.
