Toomin & Bieber Comprehensive Dentistry

My experience with Dr. Bieber and Ivy was the most pleasant experience I ever had at a dental office. They really spend time with you and think of all your concerns. They get to know you and really put you at ease. Looking forward to seeing them again and developing a long time relationship.

I am a chronic illness patient who spent the last few years of my life struggling with debilitating and undiagnosed symptoms. I was bedridden for months, housebound for longer, and have only recently starting to return to the world of the living. The game-changer in my care and improvement was finally finding a network of doctors who were ready to tackle all the individual facets of my health needs, and supported me in my goals every step of the way. Finding doctors who cared about me as an individual and understanding how their speciality could help me in the bigger health picture was was vital.

My dental hygiene had fallen to the wayside due to all my other health issues taking priority, and after over three years of neglected care, I needed to see a dentist. Along with this, I have bad issues with grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw, which has led to my molars being ground down and painful TMJ which often leaves me waking up with headaches and in constant jaw pain.

I didn’t have dental insurance but decided to bite the bullet and pay for dental care. Because I wanted to make sure the cost would be worth it, finding the right dentist was important. When I came across Toomin & Bieber, I saw that they had good reviews online and emphasized paying attention to the types of jaw issues I had suffered with most of my life, so I set up an appointment and became a patient of Dr. Bieber’s.
The first appointment was a meet and greet and the environment was incredibly friendly and welcoming, I felt like everyone was ready to get to know me as a person and were all happy to talk to me about my bigger health picture and how they could help. Linda was one of the first people I talked to, she works in the front and along with the rest of the team is always really friendly and makes me feel welcome when I come in.

Dr. Bieber was great at explaining what my dental needs were, what order would be best to have them done in, and why I needed these things. I was kept in the loop about the plan for me, unlike prior dentists where they would do things but I didn’t fully understand what or why. I’ve gotten a temporary splint which has helped keep me from grinding my teeth and am in the process of being fitted for a more long-term one.

Leti has handled a good number of my appointments such as getting impressions of my teeth and half of my deep cleanings. She is incredibly friendly and takes time to explain what she is doing and why. She’s always checking in and making sure I feel comfortable the entire time. She’s also shown me things that I never learned from previous dentist offices regarding home care: such as the proper way to floss, or how I should be using my tooth brush. Today I am going back in to continue with my deep cleanings with Anais who has also been very friendly and helpful along with Ivy.

Dental care isn’t cheap, but despite the cost I feel like I am getting quality care and every cent I’m spending is being utilized and worth it. The office has also been understanding in helping me set up payment plan options and working with my financial situation.

I don’t think I’d ever want to go to a different dental office again now that I can see the night and day difference in the care I can receive. If you value your dental hygiene and have issues such as TMJ, I 1000% recommend Toomin and Bieber’s office.

I come from a history of dental problems and bad dentist experiences and was rather nervous about finding a dentist in the area when I arrived years ago. Off of a recommendation I decide to give Dr. Bieber shot and have never looked back. It's one of the GREATEST decision that I have never regretted. Dr. Bieber patiently listened to my troubled dental past and has kept it in mind when any issue has arrived. He and ALL of his staff make you feel so welcomed and comfortable whether you are there for a cleaning or an invasive dental procedure. I can't brag enough about Dr. Bieber and his staff. I have been going to Toomin & Bieber for a little over a month. Dr. Toomin and his staff are exceptional. I appreciate the time they take to identify issues and treat them in a manner that is specifically tailored to my needs. Dr. Toomin did not only exam my teeth and gums, but also took the time to get to know me. He asked me multiple questions regarding my habits and past experiences that may contribute to the overall health of my gums and teeth. I've had the pleasure of working with Yvonne, Mae, and Leti for treatment coordination and deep cleanings. They do a fantastic job of explaining procedures and making me feel comfortable during treatment. I highly recommend Toomin & Bieber.

Put it this way... My insurance doesn't cover me at this dentist office and I don't care. I'm keeping this place funded daily, but it's always a great experience fixing many years of terrible dental care I've had around LA. If you are looking for the best treatment and a team that actually cares about the quality of their own work then look no further. They are always up front about the prices and don't try to push you into anything you don't feel comfortable with.

I love Mae, she is down to earth and such a delight. She always makes time even when she has a full plate to fix my dumb mistakes with temporaries. Amazing dentist. And of course Dr. Toomin is the man: always a happy guy who you can tell loves what he does. He does quick work and strangely knows how to make everything painless.

You will know in an instant how terrible your shady dental history has been once you go to this office and see the light. They also give you sweet sunglasses if that light gets too bright.

Best dentistry in SoCal! From the initial phone call, to the dentist, the staff is kind, professional and thorough! As someone who is dentist-avert, I was nervous to go to a new dentistry, but I was recommended by a colleague and I couldn’t be happier that I went! Superlative, friendly care is what they provide!

This was my first time having to find a dentist since I stopped going to the one my parents set up for me as a teenager and I couldn't have picked a better dentist. Everyone in the office is polite and friendly, and they make sure to thoroughly explain the way they do things in their office as well as make sure you fully understand each procedure. Your comfort and the health of your teeth is their main goal and that shows immediately when you walk in.

This is a first-rate dental office with two wonderful dentists and terrific support staff. The office very welcoming when you enter and always offer you water or answer any of your questions or concerns. I've been going for fifteen years and can't imagine going to another dental office. They improved the health of my teeth and gums over the years and keep me on track to maintain healthy teeth and gums. They care for their patients well-being first and foremost and do great work. I HIGHLY recommend the office Dr. Toomin and Dr. Bieber for all your dental needs.

This is the most incredible dentist office I have ever been to. I have been a patient of Dr. Beibers for 17 years, he is amazing and talented in creating a new look for your mouth, plus all other procedures. He and the staff from the front desk to the hygienists are superb. If you are looking for a dentist, run don't walk.
