Orchard City Dental Care

The doctors and hygienists are good. Front desk is different story. I sent email after a dental specialists appointment asking for a second opinion referral. At the time the dentist was out of office. I got the email saying they will check with her when she's back and get back to me. But I never heard from them. When I called again asking about the same matter, the front desk was short and rude.

Update review 9/28/22:
Dr. Go reached out and addressed the issue with the office. I appreciate the doctors' effort to run the business with great reputation. Hopefully I'll have better experience with the front desk in the future.

Way over due review
I went in for a cleaning 2 yrs ago and the team did x-ray on my teeth and more, The teeth cleaning team are beyond Gentle while dealing with your teeth, Dr Go advice me I needed 2 fillings and her work is still lasting Strong.
I Recommended this place since quality work, cleanliness start at the door and are very gentle in there magical work!

First visit and it was terrific! In fact, one of the most welcoming and helpful dentist visits. The place was so warming and welcoming that I felt super comfortable and relaxed, and all the dentists were so kind and welcoming that I immediately felt comfortable. I am grateful a colleague recommended this place and I will pass on the recommendation!

The Orchard City Dental front office etiquette is impeccable. From scheduling, to billing, and all general inquiries for their members. The experience sitting in the hot seat is met with the highest grades of dental tech, safety, and comfort.

My personal experience, I'm in the middle of Invisalign and going through some cosmetic dentistry on top of the routine check ups. Dr. Go has addresses my concerns and has worked with me to develop a strategic plan to achieve my goals of a happy mouth. 😁

Definitely recommended, I've struggled to find "the right fit" like most and my search has finally concluded. Hope this helps.

I don’t mean to offend anyone personally. The review I am giving here is totally based on my personal experience. The reason I am giving this review is that I hope no body else would face my experience.
The clinic is entirely business oriented with the front desk staffs having absolutely no idea about the patients and their concerns. They are just concerned with fixing appointments and then charge you for everything.
1. Personal I found out that they charge me for procedures not done to my insurance. I got to them and then they fixed it. So everyone please make sure you check your bills
2. I agree I have tooth problems but after treatment here it worsen
3. They do procedures you even when they are not sure if the insurance covers the procedures or not.
4. The front desk staff have communication problems. They never clearly communicate to you about the exact procedures.
5. I received mail document stating I have balance payment for my treatment after 6 months. It was just the amount and absolutely nothing mentioned in details. I reached out to front desk and again they send details stating something about insurance coverage. The treatment was deep cleaning and if I knew my insurance would not cover it I would not have done this procedure. Now the bill due is nearly 200$ which is definitely not small amount. And funny part is deep cleaning is done only on my right side (right upper , right lower) and left upper. They stopped on lower left stating first I need to clear the insurance balance.

I have had some fillings on my tooth and then deep cleaning on the same side leads to severe sensitive pain and then I was referred to ANOTHER CLINIC by the doctor.

Now bottom line is I lost money and it caused my health and my time .

Doctors are very kind to your face and talk to you nice , but as a patient I was not informed about many things timely.

Please understand that each patient is different.

I am sorry but I would not recommend the place.

Orchard City dental makes my dentist experience so peaceful. They are very welcoming, I am always greeted with smiles. I also love how clean and comfortable the office is. These doctors and hygienists have such a wonderful bedside manner.

It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been to the dentist. The staff is great!! Everyone is very friendly. The office is very clean and following Covid protocols which is very important to me

I’ve struggled to find a new dentist in SJ and was referred to orchard valley from a coworker. I had a wonderful experience here. They are professional, competent, and respectful. I’d recommend this office to everyone.

I am afraid of dentists since I was a child but this is the best experience I’ve ever had!
Dr Go is absolutely the best dentist. She and her staff are real professionals, always friendly and welcoming. The office is amazing and really beautiful. I highly recommend to everyone.

Dr Go and Dr Killough are talented and detail-oriented dentists. They take pride in what they do and show a genuine interest in your well-being.
The hygienist is efficient and provided me with helpful feedback after my cleaning.
All staff here have been amazing and very competent. Even though appointments can be far out, they have been really good about calling me to book me in sooner when someone else cancels.
I’ve yet to find a place that is as Covid-serious. I really respect that.
