Wonderful service!

I prefer to have a more personal dental experience, that's why I chose this dentist. I don't want to feel like a anchovy in a crowded can getting ripped off as I did at Chico modern dentistry and Western dental. I had a root canal and crown done here at Dale Madsen's office. The Dr and team did a great job!

I brought my granddaughter to see Dr. Madsen today to establish care. He was so gentle and kind. He explained what he recommended really well. He is so easy to talk to and to ask questions of. His office staff is wonderful - you will love Aaron! Excellent experience and we are so happy to have found Dr. Madsen!

Very good and friendly service! I discovered them looking for help on my mom's teeth first, which was a huge success, she has no more tooth pain👍🏽😉. Sense then, have gone back twice for myself and am very happy with the work👌🏽. I'm going back for a third apointment, and will go on a fourth if my teeth need it. They're worth every penny💰, and their prices are very competitive when you compare them with other dental offices.
Im not gonna say all the names of other dental offices I called comparing prices, but some dental offices are terrible, if you cancel the appointment they CHARGE🤑 YOU, and it's not a small amount either, and it's so unfair because they didn't even get to seeee me, noooo work was done😩👎🏽.

Thiiiiis wonderful office and it's staff are very considerate💗, they don't do that👍🏽💗. They're very considerate, I had to cancel twice because of COVID and were very willing to reschedule, God bless them!☺
If you've gotten this far in my writing, understand that if you don't give Mr. Madsen and his staff a chance on working with you, your just punishing yourself.🤷🏽🤦🏽

My first appointment at Dr. Dale Madsen’s Dental office in Chico was a pure delight!! Dr. Madsen attended to my problem very well. He & his office staff were cordial, professional & very personable.

Dr Madsen is a very kind and knowledgeable man. He puts you at ease and talks with you about your options and then lets you make the decision.

Kind, through service on a Saturday night. We are very thankful for Dr Madsen and Maria who stayed late, waited patiently for us to arrive and took very good care of our 8YO daughter and her broken front tooth.

Was happy to clean and I brushed but didn’t floss and rather; now, I’m embarrassed…but Dr. Madeson helped me before I got too anxious. Pleasant experience. It’s kind of like a country DDS and Staff are there to medicinally hone in, located, at the heart of Chico.

Madsen does the best cleaning of your teeth. He is an expert using his tool to quickly and safely remove built-up tartar from your teeth. The office is clean, has a pleasant atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Prices are affordable.

The best Dentist I have visited in Chico. They have helped me out numerous times and have gone out of their way to give me the best customer service!! The whole staff is great. I highly recommend them.
