I had a great experience going to this dentist office I called to make an appointment and they got me in the next day at 8am. They did X-rays and the doctor told me what he’s recommendations were. He took care of my teeth issues right away! It was fast and painless. The Office Manager Eliana was amazing she explained everything in detail and gave me many options to chose from financially. She listened and made sure everything ran smoothly! Thank you to the office staff for making my babies and I feel so welcomed while I got my teeth taken care of! I will be back!

Great experience! Normally I avoid the dentist but this was such a step up from previous experiences. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions were answered and my fears put to rest. Can't thank them enough! I will definitely be back.

When I walked In I was greeted with care and respect. The front office staff were very professional and friendly something I was missing at my previous office. They were very attentive and tended to my needs. I was a lil skeptical since they had a couple one stars, but since they were close to home I decided to go In and try this office anyways. I was happy with my services and honestly I will probably go back.

The receptionist was awesome. She has the most wonderful customer service. And, the young lady in the financial department was so kind. I really appreciate people with a great attitude.

The girls are so sweet & welcoming! The Dentist was so gentle throughout my deep cleaning & they gave me so many payment plans to choose from. Did I mention how nice and lux their office is? 😍 I will definitely be recommending my family and friends 🙌🏻

My first appointment was today and so far I loved it. The staff was super welcoming and kind. The Dr. explained everything in detail so I understood what I needed done. They all made sure I left there understanding fees, what insurance covered and any other questions I had. They broke down what I needed worked on first and what could wait and I really liked that. They went over the fees in great detail. I’m happy I found this office.

Really great dental office, cant recommend them enough! I was on vacation in Yosemite when my dental crown came off, I was able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday to have it recemented. The staff and dentist are all friendly and really put you at ease!

I have to update my review. My original review was based on my first appointment and entry to win an electric toothbrush.

My cleaning was never completed bc I expressed interest in invisalign. However once I paid up front, my service and care was horrible. Long wait times, dentists that are only there every other week. Forced to wear old trays until the dentist had an opening.

The trays have me horrible migraines. I had them remove the attachments early because I was missing 4-5 days of work every time I changed my trays. They left huge chunks from the attachments on my teeth and missed one completely!! I now need to pay to go someplace else to have them ground off.

Tldr; bad dentist, bad care do not go.

Pros:
-Staff are nice
-Dentist was reassuring
-Place is clean

Cons:
-I don't know how many dentists work there, but the dentist I had was Dr. Cheema. It was a one-man show who came there every other Wednesday
-Long wait over 3 hours every visit
-They discriminate; people who came after me had to go in before I did
-Short staff but still set up appointments so patients can come and wait for hours to be seen
-Not trustworthy; I didn't have to make any payment but was told my insurance didn't cover it

First of all, I wasn't going to write a review and let them keep their stars, but the truth has to come out. Since I read so many great reviews about this place, I've decided to go to this dentist. However, on my first appointment, there were so many ominous signs pointing out that I should have just walked out (I set up an appointment for both my husband and I. Mine was set up an hour earlier than his, so I waited in the lobby fifteen minutes before my time). It took over an hour for them to call me in, and when they seated me on the chair, it took another hour for them to even look at my teeth.

At first, I was texting my husband and telling him to come in and wait inside because it was his time, but the wait was extremely long that I recommended he cancel his appointment and look elsewhere for another dentist. I went in for deep cleaning, and it took them literally three hours to clean half of it; and expects me to come again the next time for the other half. It gets worse; I had a crown that needed to be done, so the billing lady told me that my insurance doesn't cover everything, so I would have to pay some out of pocket. They charged me for that tooth and told me the dentist only comes there every other Wednesday. I was caught up in their lies that it'll get better, so I told myself to be patient. When I couldn't make it to the following Wednesday appointment, it had to be moved further out two weeks, and I had to suffer wearing a temporary crown for three weeks before I was seen. Let me tell you, I went there three times, and I had to waste so much of my time there every time. If they're so short-staffed, why have so many appointments! It's no longer an appointment when I have to wait past my time. It's not like I'm on government assistance for them to get less pay. Even some patients who came in after me were called in before I did.

After everything, I didn't want to set another appointment with them. I received my statements and was told through my insurance that I didn't have to pay for anything. I confirmed it with my insurance and was advised to contact the dentist to get reimbursed. I contacted Valley Dental, and they told me they hadn't received their claim payment, so they can't check and issue my reimbursement. They would have kept my money if I didn't look through my statements. Their place may look nice and shiny, but the experience is terrible; being lied to and taking up my time and money. NO, don't even go there.

My first time visiting the dentist in years!!!! I knew I needed some work done I was so scared.
I finally grew the courage to find a dentist and make a appointment! I found Valley dental online and the reviews were so positive so I made my first appointment they got me in so fast! The staff are so nice and Dr is so welcoming and is excellent at explaining treatment plans! I felt really comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend all the positive reviews are true!
