Dr. G and Regó did an excellent job with my crown. They both worked together so well. I was very impressed! They were gentle and meticulous. I felt no pain! Weeks later and I feel like like I never had a problem with my teeth. 😁 I’m a happy camper.
They are welcoming and personable, too.

Dr G and staff are always amazing and accommodating at soft touch dental. Previous dentists never really addressed my concerns in a timely manner the way they do here. My kids and I always look forward to our visits here

This was my regular dental office for a while. I hadn't had any real dental problems so they were fine. I ended up having to get a crown put on one of my back teeth. I opted for white porcelain. They apparently didn't size everything correctly and drilled down the porcelain to fit. They drilled down so much that they grey underneath showed through. It looked like a really bad cavity on my crown. They didn't want to do anything about it. My $1700 I payed was for a new crown that looked like a rotting tooth. Horrible! This is not my dental office anymore.

Amazing Service! The front office is so kind and helpful. Patient with my questions. My procedure was long waited for and I still came and they made me feel comfortable enough to bring my family. They accept hmo and ppo. I didn’t even know what insurance I had and they explained it. There was an error on a bill and once we corrected it they fixed it right away.

So for anybody that is reading this that is already a patient, you need to audit your billing history with them because they have a habit of overcharging for services and making up fake reasons for the increased pricing.

My wife came home with a $2200 estimate for getting 2 caps only to be told by our insurance it’s only $500. At that point they made a bunch of excuses as to why she had a $2200 out of pocket estimate in her hand.

When I heard this I decided to investigate my $800 charge for a cap. I was told it was that expensive because my insurance apparently didn’t cover porcelain when I asked why I’m paying so much.

Well, I just talked to my insurance and according to their records, I was only charged $300 because that’s what I actually owed, not $800.

I can only imagine how many people this dentist is scamming so please beware. Do yourself a favor and put this dentist out of business and go to an honest dentist who deserves your business.

This Google Review was essentially coerced from me; due to the insanely high charges I Just want to put this corrected and updated message out there.... BE CAREFUL ! and stay warned, yall. This place overcharges like crazy. I have opened a report against them with my insurance company. My insurance company, per their words, stated "this is fraud, don't worry we are going to help you though, let's go ahead and file the grievance and the report." And so that is what we did.

Truly, very thankful for my insurance company for helping me out with this. I was quoted $27,000. For work that needed to be done on my 5 teeth. The doctor said to me... Dr. G.... his words, "we are going to become very good friends, my dear because you need a lot of work done."

I was quoted 27 grand for five crowns. I was then told that I would be responsible for approximately 15 grand (It was around $14,800).... I have full dental coverage and even opted for a PPO, this dental office, Soft Touch Dental Care, is a participating PPO member and I was STILL being quoted this much. I looked through the itemized treatment plan with my insurance company... they indicated exactly which items are fraudulent. So I opt to just focus on TWO teeth. I was charged $3800 out of POCKET FOR JUST TWO TEETH. MY INSURANCE COMPANY, I SPOKE WITH THEM FOUR TIMES BY THE WAY, THEY TOLD ME THIS AMOUNT OUT OF POCKET FOR SOMEONE WITH MY PLAN IS UNHEARD OF. AND IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 200 OR 250 PER TOOTH. I was attempted to be charged for Zirconia, bridge removal.... LOL i dont have a bridge in my mouth. I was charged four hundred dollars OUT OF POCKET FOR IRRIGATION.... Gingival Irrigation. for a deep cleaning that was never completed. they said due to time constraints, "we cannot do a cleaning today so we will do that a different day." PLEASE NOTE I DID NOT GIVE CONSENT FOR ANY OF THIS. I DID NOT PROVIDE CONSENT FOR ZIRCONIA, I DID NOT PROVIDE CONSENT FOR A DEEP CLEANING. there was NO cleaning even performed during my visit, which was yesterday, 02/01/2023... and I was yet charged $400 DOLLARS FOR IRRIGATION services. none of which was completed and again, I did not give consent for this. I said "No, I dont want a deep cleaning."

Please be warned that this is an unethical business. I have taken substantial action against them and will continue to do so. I have read the other reviews now.... unfortunately when i checked the reviews prior to calling them to schedule my initial appointment, I only saw the ones listed on top and I should have continued scrolling down. Please see other reviews where the concern of overcharging and fraudulent actions regarding their Billing Department has been mentioned. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. IT WILL BE A HASSLE.

I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT IF I LEFT THEM POSITIVE REVIEWS, I WILL BE REWARDED IN THE FORM OF A 100 DOLLAR DISCOUNT. because I was in shock regarding the total payment of 15 grand they were attempting to charge me, the 100 dollar discount did appeal to me, as it would with anyone

this place is taking advantage of our Corona community members and I promise you Soft Touch dental care, my insurance is aware of this fraud, the loan company is aware (I opted for a payment plan...which by the way, the loan amount was for the 3800 dollar total. THEY NEVER TOOK MY ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR DISCOUNT off)....

The charges on your "treatment plan bill" will be inaccurate and then you will have to go through all of this. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Great experience going here thank you guys for taking the time to explain things and being patient with me.

I didn’t like how they made my crown, I told them to fix it multiple times and it still didn’t fit correctly. The color also didn’t match and it looks out of place, for how expensive they are in this place I would expect something better. I’ve visited plenty of offices and this is by far the ones who’ve done the worst job on a crown.
Also they charge way too much for what they do and be aware of your insurance because this office made a “mistake” with their charges.

I really love this place ,staff are really friendly and helpful and dentists do a really good job they are very patient with you trough the whole process while doing ortho I highly recommend
