This is a Medical Facility, not a Business Office.
OK, if you are reading this review, that mean you are interested in getting some information about this place, and I just do not want to spend my time if it was not worth it.
around a couple weeks ago, we visited this place, as my wife needed to pull out a wisdom tooth.
before coming here, we visited a location in Seaside, I do not want to mention the name of the place or the doctor. there, we were told that, my wife needs to pull out all 4 of her wisdom teeth. and for each tooth, we had to pay additional 250$, and also we were told that, if the hole would be too deep, they may need to implant some bone. So the total was $1000-$2000 from our pocket beside the insurance coverage. . So I had the feeling that, It was just a business, not medical place.
Then we decided to have an additional evaluation with an other doctor ( which also covered by the insurance) and we visited this place.
The doctor told my wife that, she does not need to pull out all of her wisdom teeth. Also if she wants to pull it out under general anesthesia, the doctor would refer here to somewhere else.
and we just paid $75 from our pocket.
The service was great, and the staff was extra friendly.
What I want to say in the end, is that, this place is a Medical Facility, NOT a Business Center.
They do offer quality and professional service.

Beware that they changed a story after the procedures. I visited this clinic with a reasonable dental insurance. The clinic asked for a few dental exams but we were not sure weather they could be covered or not by our insurance. They mentioned that there was a promo going on for a new patient and it would cost $49. So, I agreed to do the exams, but I got a bill more than the amount. Once I talked to the manager, I discovered that that offer ONLY applies to cash patients. Shouldn't they have told us at the beginning about it. This is a small amount out of my pocket, but I do not trust them anymore.

Awesome place. I had some work done here and the staff was AMAZING! Dr Kim was kind and gentle and everything the dentist of your nightmares is not. Facilities were top notch. Go to Stone Creek Village Dentistry and thank all the wonderful google reviews that led you there later on.

I'm sure my experience will evolve, however, I had my first visit today. In all my 35 years I have never had a first checkup be just simply an examination (and no cleaning) to see everything that's wrong with my mouth. I just felt like their first priority seems to be how much money they can get out of my mouth either with new procedures or fixing old ones. I've been handed a service plan for over $1500 and I go to the dentist every 6 months. I don't have time to shop around for dentists so we'll see.

My wife had her dental appointment today and came home in tears because of the poor service from hygienists and staff. The hygienist showed no care for my wife's comfort and spent the entire appointment demeaning my wife and making her feel guilty for going so long without seeing a dentist and telling her it's her fault that she hasn't been able to afford a dental plan since aging out of her parents insurance.
