Highly recommend! After this visit, I have become an advocate. The Dr. Back office and front office staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan they set for me is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

The staff provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Theu really took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan and provided me with alternatives. Great job!

This is a great dental company. Highly professional, nice, and extremely caring. If you are afraid of the dentist, I enthusiastically recommend this team for you. I needed a lot of dental care and was somewhat nervous but their team calmed me down and now I am on the road to a healthier mouth. Look them up and give them a call. They are definitely worth your time! My whole family uses their dental services.

Listen. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things... Well, it wasn't until I started going to Quality Dentistry!
Let's start with the office itself; CLEAN and decorated with simple and calming colors and patterns. Mellow music is played throughout the office, which always helps to ease the nerves.
Speaking of nerves, I had to have a root canal awhile back and was petrified. It was easier than a cleaning, and Dr. Rouhina even let me have a look at the nerve that was removed! So gross, yet satisfying. She knew that I was just the kind of weirdo that would love to see something like that, and indulged my morbid curiosity. Definitely took my mind off of being scared.
Both docs that I've seen are incredibly kind and sensitive. Dr. Mehregan has watched my boys grow up, and is an absolute pro with kids....and their anxiety-ridden moms. He seems to truly love what he does, and doesn't shy away from new technologies. He's got a passion for learning and growing which means his patients are always going to benefit from the latest methods and treatments.
The front office staff and support are just as kind and helpful. Not once has anyone ever tried to upsell a thing to me, which other dentists have done in the past. They are bright and have a sense of urgency about their work that is greatly appreciated. They have always been patient and willing to work with this single mom with not-so-stellar credit, with no judgement. They have great senses of humor as well, which, when paired with their sensitivity and kindness make visiting Quality Dentistry the best dental office in Downey...maybe, I dare say, in SoCal and beyond.

I have a hard time believing the reviews. I had a horrible experience. I was shamed, insulted and belittled. I came into this office excited as I had accumulated a nice savings and dental insurance( for the first time)I worked really hard for this. My goal has always been my smile,I’ve had the worst toothaches have had work by 3 previous dentist who each criticize each other’s work, leaving us, the patients, feeling like we did something wrong in trusting them. We’re all just trying to find the right dentist. I was told that everything I did was wrong, that everything I said was wrong and felt like I was being interrogated. Here I am 3 months later writing about it, obviously this interaction affected me. Please note, I had an older gentleman, not sure what the other professionals are like. The staff tried to make the situation better as I practically stormed off after the last belittling comment. They seem to be nice and profesional. They deserve better representation.

Best experience ever! Dr. Roo is the best. She is so gentle & talks you through everything. Yolanda at the front desk is always helpful too. Priscilla & Rochelle are awesome dental assistance. I feel well taken care of every time I go. Believe it or not I look forward to going to the dentist now

Like most of you probably reading this post, I am not a fan of the dentist. That changed when I first visited Quality Dentistry. Dr. Mehregan is the area’s leading dentist for a reason. His office staff is of the highest caliber. Never have I been dissatisfied with a visit. The good doctor really cares about his patients. That’s not an exaggeration. 11/10 Happy to call him my dentist. Proud to have made him a friend. If you read this and visit the office, tell ‘em Manny sent you. That’s who sent me.
