Everything starts at the counter. Bad and or poor service at the beginning is bad for your business. All dentists charge the so called insurance, and customers have no choice but to pay Had my dental work done (3k worth) at Western dental and yes I paid the insurance. You need to work on your front desk people, they need to understand they get paid to attract, no turn away customers. Also you have to be considerate of those of us with poor vision. You can't expect a customer to fill out forms written in tiny letters in a dark room. Hope this helps.

The staff are courteous and friendly. The front desk work with your schedule and smile. The dentist and hygenist and assistants are smart and humble. Its great i can bring my whole family here.😊

I met the dentist and the first visit/ consultation went well. We discussed everything that need to be done and I had a tooth that need to be fixed and a few cavaties but nothing major. Well after all was said and done they missed a cavity in the back of my mouth. Needless to say I still have to go back to the dentist and get it fixed but it will not be Affinity dental.

Honestly this office has been one of the worst dentist I have been to . Not the dentist providing care but the office staffing and billing . I see that Im not the only one who has expierenced this looking at the reviews now but the billing is a MESS . I have dual dental insurance and now is being billed 3 seperate fees from both insurances AND the office seperatley . This has NEVER happened to me with all dental work I have recieved . I only switched for the convience that this office was near my work place but completely REGRET doing so . I wish I had honestly stuck to my original dentist at bright now dental . I still have to go back and do my permanent crowns but in fear of having to be billed again for the work thats supposed to already be covered I have not even gone back to finish out my work . At this point Im going to call to get my crowns and go back to my original office who can dispute my billing correctly because this office has only put me into a financial situation .

I use to be a regular until it changed name/ownership..The front office was a mess and I was billed two times for something I had already paid for. I was upset when I had to show proof of payments when they themselves should have had that in records. I vented my frustration to one of the upper management but didn't get no satisfaction answer.
After all that they had the audacity to call me back for treatments when I have already told them I will never ever return.
