The front desk lady didn’t acknowledge I was sitting there waiting, but acknowledged other people that were there. Other than that, my experience with the dentist was absolutely wonderful, he was so gentle and kind. Best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist in my life time

1st off i would absolutely recommend this dentist. The office were very
welcoming and kind. I did not have to wait . They got me in right away . the dental hygienist and Dr Adam Shinkawa were very polite and made me feel at ease.

My appt was at 1110 but got there early to do check in paper work and they were so kind and took me in earlier, the dr listened to all my concerns and I learned one of the drs actually went to school with my team's QB - fan of Derek Carr...yes I think I will keep this dentist...everyone was nice there

Omg… I don’t even know where to start! I had gone to 2 other dentist office before going to Shinkawa Dental and neither of them was giving me the care I was needing. The last dentist I went to barely even touched my mouth (recently got braces 😬). I get that it’s more work for the hygienist but still…you have to do what the patient is there for… a cleaning. Anyways… I began looking else where. I came across this amazing place and was like I will give them a call. Veronica was the first person I spoke to. She sent me all the forms I needed to fill out and my insurance information. The place is so welcoming. I was so happy that I didn’t have to fill out anymore paperwork 😅. I was seen on my scheduled time. The dental assistant that helped me was so sweet… I think her name was Danielle. She made me feel like family. Then Dr. Gerry came and did my cleaning. My goodness… his attention to detail was what did it for me! He was so patient and kind but made sure I knew what I needed to work on. Then his son, Dr. Adam, came in and welcomed me as well. I seriously felt like I was a celebrity in there! I can go on and on about how much I liked this place. If you are looking for a dental place and don’t know where to go…. CALL THEM!!! They are the best!

Shinkawa Dental is such a great place! The new office is always extremely clean as well as the old location. The staff is very friendly and they treat you like you’re family. I am currently doing Invisalign through Shinkawa Dental and so far I have been very satisfied with the technology and the process. This is a place where you do not have to fear the dentist, plus they won’t scold you if you haven’t flossed. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new dentist. It’s a great family owned practice that will leave you smiling.
