St. George Family Dental

I’ve been going to this dental office for about more than five years and I have never faced this much trouble with the staff nor the doctors. The previous doctors were amazing and held patience. Now, there’s a female doctor, who treated my filling and performed in an unprofessional way by letting alcohol slip into my eye; along with this, my filling still bothers me and when I went back to them for it THREE TIMES, I was told to take Ibuprofen and would not check me properly! My problem still remains and they can’t seem to fix it at all. Please don’t take risks with ur children or yourself with this dental office, find another one!!

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and this is by far the worst dentist in town. I had 3 cavities filled here by a female dentist & had sharp pain in one of the fillings a few weeks after the procedure was done. When I came in for the follow up for the pain, a different dentist, Dr. Rios, started immediately scolding me, mentioning he told me not to do tooth colored fillings because they cause issues. I found that to be extremely odd, because he was not the dentist who treated me when I got the fillings done, and nobody had told me anything about safety risks with fillings. I asked for him to clarify what he meant, because I was confused why this dentist was getting upset with me, claiming things that simply didn’t happen. I told him that he wasn’t the dentist who treated me for the fillings, and he said well I signed off on it. That got me even more nervous, because why is Dr. Rios signing off on treatments/patient’s charts that he didn’t even do? After Dr. Rios realized he was incorrect, he offered no apologies for his extremely rude bedside manner, and instead starting tapping aggressively on the tooth that was hurting me. After that, he shot water on my bib and then directly into the tooth that was causing pain. He then told me there was nothing he could do and sent me on my way. Meanwhile, my tooth is still in pain, which was caused by this office, and no pain management or solution was offered to me. I had to call the office after leaving to try and get some advice for the pain, with them telling me to come back and see the original dentist on a different day. I went to Dr. William Clark for a second opinion, and it was a night and day experience. Dr Clark and his staff are a class act compared to all of the staff here. DO NOT COME HERE!!

On January 3,2022 in a pre-approved root canal and appointment. When Dr Rios started my root canal,he noticed that he had made a mistake on the tooth he intended to work on(30). It was too late to get approval for the right tooth.I was there with anesthesia around my tooth. Dr Rios was rude to me and said that instead of a root canal he would do an extraction because he needs to get paid. Went for a root canal and got an extraction instead because of Dr Rios mistake.

Front staff is horrible. Older lady at the front should honestly stop working because her customer service is out the window!! Whoever makes the appointments, is very clearly scheduling wrong as she gave me a different appointment time then when she put in the computer. This happened three separate times before blaming it on me and making me reschedule every time!! This place is going downhill fast

I wasn't able to make an appointment. The receptionist literally sighed when I asked her to check on coverage for my insurance.

Years ago we took our family here for dental work. We left when the office staff became difficult to work with. I'm sorry to see this has only become worse over the years.

Coming here was a wonderful experience. Dr. Joseph is a very hardworking, honest man as well as his staff. I recommend St George Family Dental to anyone. They are willing to work with you to ensure a flawless experience.

Best dentist I have ever been to. All of the staff are great and they all take pride in there work. They make you feel comfortable I am very happy with the work they did on me.

I paid for a repair on my front tooth that had chipped. They did that; however, they added filling to my other front tooth that was not chipped to match their work. The filling from that tooth then chipped only half way off leaving me with an ugly looking tooth. I was told when I returned that they would not fix it because it was not in their notes that they did any work on that tooth. I explained to them that they were never supposed to touch that tooth, but they did because they did not match the repaired tooth to the tooth that was fine. I even offered to pay for the repair, and they said I needed a crown for the cracked filling. I tried explaining that my tooth was not cracked, it was only the filling they added that had cracked, but even as I considered a crown they were rude answering my questions about pricing and payment options. I tried to move on and asked about other dental work I was told I needed, but I eventually left due to how unprofessional the experience was.

Absolutely the best as my mouth was a wreck and they did everything I requested. The deep cleaning was awesome as my teeth have never looked better. Great staff and Dr. Joseph took care of business. Highly recommend.
