I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I always recommend to friends and colleagues so it is time i let everyone know you should come here :) The receptionists are all so friendly and remember more than your name. What I love most is how the dentists explain everything to me. I have ongoing problems with my teeth and have lost trust with a dentist in the past so I find it so helpful and comforting when they take the time to explain to me the details and the health/science. They will even send your x-rays for free to another dentist for a 2nd opinion and I appreciate that so much. I never feel like they try to up-sell me... i feel that they understand i have a budget and they work with me and my insurance. Thank you TCD!!

BEWARE this dentist! Not only do they outright lie, but they’re wildly unprofessional.
Being new to the area and seeing the other glowing reviews, I decided to sign up to become a patient.
Booking my first appointment was a chore, initially they couldn’t decide when they had an available spot. It took three tries to get them to commit to a date! Also, none of the dentists in the practice apparently work on Wednesdays (or so I was told), so they’re effectively only open 4 days a week. A few days before my scheduled appointment, they called to tell me that they couldn’t do that day after all, and we would have to reschedule for a couple of weeks later.
Once I finally managed to get to an actual appointment with them, after completely irradiating my head with x-rays (not taking a single peek at my actual teeth) they determined that I would need multiple fillings in my molars. The dentist I saw a year earlier didn’t seem to think this and I’ve never needed fillings before, but sure, whatever.
So, my dental insurance covers the cost of something simple like basic fillings, right? Wrong! This dentist wants to put resin fillings in, rather than the medically recommended silver-amalgam. Insurance won’t cover the more expensive resin, because they’re not medically recommended for molars. Before even raising silver as an option I was encouraged, pretty much forced, to sign a treatment plan for resin fillings. Later, I was told that I could switch to silver fillings right up until the appointment date if I preferred. At no point were the relative merits of the treatments discussed, other than that resin would look better.
After researching more about the differences between the types of fillings and speaking to my insurer, I decided to go with the silver. They last longer, they’re easier to replace, they’re covered by my insurance and wouldn’t be visible right at the back of my mouth anyway. When the dentist rang to confirm the appointment, I asked to switch to the silver. “Oh no, you can’t have that - we haven’t offered silver fillings for years” came the response. I pointed out that the dentist had said I could switch to silver at any point and it’s what is medically recommended. The receptionist still refused, but told me that the dentist would call me back to explain. They never did!
Several days later, after no explanation from the dentist came, I called them back to request my dental records, intending to move to a new practice. I was told that they’d email them in a few days. This also never happened, so a couple of weeks later I sent a certified letter, formally requesting that they email my dental records and x-rays. This got a response… via the regular mail (not email)… of a few sheets of forms I’d filled out and a single sheet of miniscule and badly printed x-rays, which were completely unintelligible. So I sent another letter, pointing out that the x-rays were illegible and again asking for them to be emailed. Finally, 52 days after requesting my records, I finally received them! This delay was in-part due to USPS losing my letters (it’s almost as if they dentist was refusing to sign for them… hmmm), but nevertheless it shouldn’t have taken three tries!
Along with the records came a terse, unapologetic email, claiming that the dentist had tried to call me on a particular day to explain about the fillings, hadn’t got through so had instead left a voicemail. Neither my voicemail or phone have a record of this call and I certainly didn’t see it. So I replied to the email asking what that explanation was. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m still waiting for that explanation!
So, in summary, with no other obvious explanation, I can only assume that they were attempting to push a non-medically recommended treatment on me to make a few hundred extra bucks, at the expense of both my dental health and my wallet. On top of that, their reception is either woefully inept or has been deliberately unhelpful to cover up the scam. Probably a bit of both.
I guess I'll find another dentist. I would heartily suggest you do, too.
