We are out of state and on our way back to California and noticed our 6 year old daughter in a lot of pain and found out it was her back tooth bothering her. We were unable to locate our insurance information and my wife became upset and hopeless that we wouldn’t be able to get our daughter in first thing as soon as we arrived back in town. She spoke to Danielle and all her worries quickly went away. Danielle calmed my wife down and addressed our needs with finding whom our insurance was ( we have a new insurance company through our employment and didn’t have the cards on us) , contacting the providers, and getting the information faxed to them. She was thorough, empathetic, concerned, and accommodating. We appreciate and thank you so much for your help and kindness!
