A-Dental Center

First time here and everyone was so welcoming and kind. There was plenty of explanation for what I needed for the health of my teeth and understanding of my circumstances. Definitely will be back. 🥰

They charged me for a deep cleaning when they actually only did a routine cleaning in September. I don’t know if this place is a scam or just incompetent, I found out after visiting another dental office today and finding out what an actual deep cleaning is. It is supposed to involve Anesthesia and take 2 hours because it requires going behind your gums for the cleaning. The hygienist from this office did none of this when she supposedly did the deep cleaning, which seemed a lot like a routine cleaning from anywhere else. When I got checked up at another dentist today, they were confused because my teeth did not look like they had a deep cleaning done anytime recently even though there was a claim for one on my insurance. I also found it strange back in September when they did the cleaning because it did not seem any different from a routine cleaning yet they were charging me extra for it. Not only is it terrible that they charged me for this deep cleaning that didn’t happen, I can’t even get another one covered by my insurance until 2 years after even though I still need one. I’m still going to see if there’s any recourse for this with my insurance but needed to warn people about this office scamming patients. This is incredibly unethical. People have to trust medical office to actually do what they say they’re doing. Either the hygienist had no clue what she was doing or this place is scamming people on routine cleanings.

A-Dental is family friendly and my kids don't mind going to the dentist now! I would recommend A-Dental and Dr. Fadi to anyone looking for a nice dentist office to go to.

Needed and emergency appointment and they accommodated me immediately. Edith is so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Edmond is so gentle and very caring to your needs. Gives you great advice! The entire team is just amazing. So glad I found them.

I was able to get an extremely painful tooth extracted the same day I was seen for it.(My usual dentist doesn't open on Mondays). For an emergency new patient visit I thought getting out in about 2 hours was AWESOME. I wasn't thinking clearly and I was very grumpy. The staff was so quick and kind. They were very catious to make things as painless as possible. They are very communicative with you about everything before they do anything. The dentist explained every step to me clearly and made sure I was totally NUMB before starting! He gave me juice and a pep talk when I started to freakout😊! They were fully booked but able to accommodate me so quickly and took great care. The great service meant a great deal to me. God bless you guys.

I've been coming to A-Dental Center for years! There was a short period where I did not have insurance that covered this practice and none of the 3 other dental offices I visited in that time were nearly as great as A-Dental Center! This place is trustworthy and knowledgeable, and it is easy to schedule appointments. I am glad to make the trek from DTLA to come back to this practice as my home dental office.

I am always in and out of A-Dental quickly, and satisfied with the services provided!
