Calm Dental

It’s been a long while i’ve been needing deep cleaning after braces removal so i looked doctors around me on Google and found this good place. i got deep cleaning that was done so painless and so accurate by Hygienist Darwin, he’s a sweetheart, made me feel comfortable and even when i got cold he brought a blanket, all to make me feel cared. I will definitely go back and of course, i will refer my friends to see Darwin, totally trustworthy!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Solooki’s for many years and can’t say enough good things about him and his terrific team at Calm Dental. I’ve never been too keen on getting into the dentist’s chair but thanks to Dr. Solooki and his team I’ve been able to get some much-needed work done and feel comfortable about both the work and the cost. Calm Dental is the greatest!

Had such a great experience coming to calm dental. The check In process was so easy and fast completed forms online prior to coming into office. Office was easy to locate as well as parking. Dr. Was so caring and explain my treatment thoroughly to understand. During my cleaning I felt so relaxed would definitely recommend calm dental! :)

Dr. Salooki has been my dentist for years and I would never want another dentist. He is amazing! He is super detailed and has taken great care of my dental work, and I have a lot of work to get done. I love his expertise and can always trust him with his advice. Recently I left an email after hours regarding a swollen tooth and Dr. Salooki called me back within an hour and had my prescription ready the same night. Amazing and kind dentist. I would highly recommend to any new patient. Trust me, the best dentist you will find out there.

I've been seeing Dr. Sooloki for over 10 years now and recommend him EVERY time someone mentions they're anything less than *overjoyed* with their dentist. It's Calm Dental for a reason. LOL I'm always put at ease that I'm well looked after and all the staff are incredibly patient with my many, many questions.

Recently, I had been putting off a visit due to the Coronapocolypse (being hyper vigilant), and was having some pain to the point where I was concerned I'd need a root canal. So I braved the wilds and made an appointment. Not only was I thrilled to see the team taking all appropriate measures (Mask AND Face shields, sanitizing surfaces often, limiting people in the office, etc), but was incredibly relieved when the Doc was able to eliminate my discomfort with a simple adjustment. YAY!

I can’t say enough positive things about Calm dental and the care I have received here over the last 6 years. Darwyn is a fantastic and thorough hygienist. Dr. Solooki is knowledgeable, personable, and professional- with a great sense of humor. Come here for your dental needs, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been going to Calm Dental for 2 years now, I've switched insurances and it was still effortless to continue care with Dr. Solooki. He's a kind caring man and I've always felt comfortable with his staff and his recommendations.

After 4 dental appointments and 3 actual visits.... Although this dental has the lowest of rating (4.7) among the other 2 (at 4.8 and 4.9 stars) I’m seriously hoping this is it...

While I’m yet to undergo the implant operation, this review/rating is SOLELY FOR CONSULTATION PART....

Compared to other dental visits.. Dr Solooki visit was straightforward and efficient. This dentistry actually offered X-ray scans without billing or charging me anything. Asked me questions on what I want to get done and gave his honest recommendations too. And he never rushed the consultation.

Other dental visits has always been about telling you what you needed done.. After listening to my current dentist (no longer going to be) on what I needed done, I ended up losing more. My general dentist recommended and did fillings on a tooth that looked fine, (only to see the tooth cracked/split in half to the roots within the month), now the tooth has to be extracted and an implant done...

And this is how I ended up dentist-shopping 🤦🏽‍♂️

Finally I’m just a little disappointed for not starting the operation right away as I was hoping. Simply because advertised price $1999 for everything only to go in and be given actual pricing of $2899.. ☹️

Couldn’t give a 5-star experience because they were quick to make copies of my DL the moment I arrived in. Never had this experience in other 3 different consultations with other dentists.

Everyone here is extremely nice and help to put you at ease. Very thoughtful and vigilant staff, from those on reception to the dental nurses to the dentists themselves. Plus in the waiting room they have a massage chair, a paraffin wax hand treatment (free!) while you wait, and Netflix to preoccupy you when you are having treatments done. The pricings are not bad either. I am always very impressed. I recommend!

My husband and I are both patients who are extremely happy with Dr. Solooki and his team. My experiences there have been nothing but pleasant. No wait time, always thorough and always a pleasant visit. Love that they have free valet parking especially since they are downtown and it can definitely be hard to find parking!
On my most recent visit- I was extremely nervous- removing 4 wisdom teeth! I was extremely hesitant to use general anesthesia and this is why I chose Dr. Solooki to remove my wisdom teeth since he was going to use local anesthetic. They made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision and reassured me to have no fear. The procedure went AMAZING! I thought I would be in extreme pain for day and my face would look like a chipmunk for days! Fortunately for me, the swelling subsided in a few hours and I have minimal pain (more of a feeling of an uncomfortable feeling in my mouth- I did after all just pull out 4 teeth). Dr. Solooki and his assistant really made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I was extremely happy doing this procedure with him.
Highly recommend Calm dental for any dental visit!
