I'm glad I made the right choice in choosing this clinic besides considering how close it is to where I live. The staff are very kind, professional, and encouraging, especially Dr. Octoman who sincerely cares for her patients. Moreover, their prices are quite reasonable, even with their superb expertise. I've had 2 wisdom teeth removed at this clinic with positive results.

Worst place ever!!! Told me I needed 3 root canals after I told them my teeth weren't bothering me. They said it needed to be done. They finished 1 on the bottom front and half way finished 2 others . 1 on each side of close to the front. All teeth broke all the way off. These GREEDY DEVILS took my smile away. I came in for a simple checkup. They took about 50 xrays. They basically used me to charge the state as much as possible since my insurance was through the state. Then they threw me out the door. All 3 of my teeth they worked on have broke all the way off. PLEASE dont let them take your smile away.
This is beyond acceptable. I read some
of their other reviews and this is common practice for them . They need to be shut down immediately and everyone who has had their smiles taken away need to sue them for malpractice. I should add it was her office in Covina on 223 N.San Bernadino rd.

It’s been a while since my last visit needless to say I had the usual trepidation. While waiting on the chair I found out I was getting a different Dr, so it added to my anxiety. Dr Valarde was engage , educational, and put my mind at ease . I had a root canal and it was painless . I wish I went earlier and keep an open mind we’re the major takeaway .

Great place for all you dental needs. Been a patient since I was kid. I’ve pretty much referred anyone I know to them. They offer payment options and accept most major dental insurance plans. This is one of two locations if I remember correctly. Very Professional Doctors and assistants. Place is huge. And very clean too! Free parking. No complaints so far.

i dont know about other peoples experience, but from my experience point of you, it was all pleasant and easy. very assisting in filing my insurance paper work, set up appointment times and reminders. and the assurance from the doctors of my safety through out the procedure.

She also has a clinic in Covina on San Bernardino Rd. The service was terrible and the work was terrible. My daughter was treated very rudely by 2 of the assistants. One of the assistants continued to argue with my daughter while the supervisor in charge kept rubbing her arm and telling her to go to the back, laughing the whole time. My daughter's filling came out as soon as she got home. She was treated so cruelly she was in tears. I went back to talk to the supervisor myself and she just made excuses for the assistant's behavior and wasn't concerned with the fact that other patients witnessed the argument. She claimed to take our statement and said that The Octoman's were too busy to talk to us but she'll tell them what happened. We have filed a grievance and was told by the insurance company that another grievance was called in the day before by a gentleman. We are so upset!!!
