I went on Monday 5/23/22 after a bitter experience at another location where they wanted me to take my kid to an orthodontist when I clearly took him for a tooth ache. I called and spoke with Mariah and explained the situation. She reassured me there was no one to see an orthodontist and that they would be able to take care of my son. She was very kind and understanding. After the x-rays Stephanie and Ericka took good care of my son throughout the whole process. Dr. Collins came and explained all the work my son needed. He was absolutely awesome with my son. I highly recommend Dr. Collins. He will answer all your questions. He reassured me as well as my son throughout the process. I have been to couple of dentistry's and they make you feel awful NOT here. The team was absolutely kind, professional, and caring. Bring your kids here!!!! Also the prices are affordable.

I walk in supporting my client who had an appointment for the first time here. My client have a mental disability. I love that all the team front desk and X-ray girls including the Doctor was very friendly, patient and understandable with my client condition. My client have a fear of Doctors in general but with the support of all the team was able to complete the job needed today. My client walk out really happy looking forward to comeback to follow up with any upcoming appointments. I’m so thankful also to the girl that give us a a flayer and help us to schedule an appointment outside dds store days ago.

1) I have always waited more than 30 minutes to get seen! If patients can’t be seen in a reasonable time, don’t overbook OR let patients know when booking that they’ll experience a long wait!
2) I was told, when I was already here, that insurance wasn’t covering one of my children. Luckily, I wasn’t here for a routine check! Please check insurance when patients are scheduling! Gas is too high to make wasted trips!
Overall, I do recommend this dentist but keep in mind the wait is ridiculous!
