Although staff was nice and friendly, it seems it is common practice for this dental clinic to try to overcharge and push overpriced dental work. Came here because my tooth cracked and needed it fixed. Needless to say, they were trying to overcharge me to do a procedure I needed. Receptionist told me she would contact me to schedule an appointment but never even bothered to follow up with me at all. Probably because I have medi-cal and they wanted me to pay out of pocket. I do not recommend coming here at all. Do some research and find another dentist. I found another dentist office that was able to squeeze me in after a cancellation and they were able to get my initial issue fixed in the first appointment.

Superb atmosphere and the professionalism exhibited by the staff was fantastic. I am especially thankful for Dr Balane, Abner, Maritza, and last but not least Eleana for showing the utmost care and experience during my visit. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Lim and his staff are amazing and so gentle and caring. They were all incredibly funny and personable and made sure to explain every step of what they were doing, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable despite the pain and fear I was feeling. They delivered quality work while being mindful of the fact that dental procedures suck and found many ways to make it better. I have always hated going to the dentist and have never had a good experience, never going back for a check-up to any of the many dentists I’ve been with in LA but I am absolutely positive I will be going back for my 6 month cleaning and I will be sticking with Dr. Lim for all my dental needs.

Woke up last week with an infected wisdom tooth that had to be removed. Dr. Kim's office was able to get me in quickly to check the condition and make sure I had antibiotics to fight the infection and that I was managing with the pain until the tooth could be extracted.

Where they really earn the five stars was with the extraction! Dr. Lim has an excellent demeanor and is calming (and I'm an incredibly tense person with some bad dental experiences). The procedure was fairly quick and, while not painless, they were attentive t minimizing the discomfort. Next day I'm still a bit sore, but advil is successfully managing it.

In all, the experience was worlds better than my expectations going in, and that's thanks to Dr. Lim and his team! The front office staff has always been very friendly and responsive, and everyone there works hard to do their job and do it well. I can't recommend going through what I went through, but if you're in a similar spot (or just are looking for a dentist), I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lim!

Im a new patient and really like this place. The reception and staff were great and made me feel comfortable (I’m scared of the dentist). Abner helped me and was not rough and did great at explaining everything. Thanks Abner!

It was so nicely cleaned and organized in there . I enjoyed how socially distanced everything was as well . For sure a 10 out of 10 ,the workers were so nice and attending as well ! Would definitely recommend this dentist :) !

The first time I came here was a couple years ago. It was to remove my wisdom teeth. Like everyone else. I am not fun of needles so I knew that if I was going to have them removed I would have to be in one day. I had gone to other for consultation. But once I told them that I wanted them to be remove in one day. They all said no. Until my ex told me about his dentist Dr. George. I made an appointment waited like for 10 min then when in. Everyone very friendly very clean and professional. I told them what I wanted and they said no problem.
Back then I had great insurance only had to pay the co pay. I had 3 cavities and 4 wisdom teeth removed. Like I said I don’t like needles so in two days time. They did all that work. 3 of the wisdom tooth where easy but on the last one. There was some complications. If I remember. It had to be the fusion of the wisdom tooth with the bone on top of my mouth. The dentist explained to me what was happening and what was to come next. Very calm they processed and I didn’t felt scared I felt that I was with the right team. It’s what happened afterwards that reminds me that this is the crew for me.
Once the procedure to have my tooth taken out. I was on the bus. And instead of making my next appointment I started to talk out. So funny now that I remember but they got worry but abuse they were only taking a little break from the procedure when I started walking away. I will never will forget that. They were very worried I when back in and continue with the procedure.
This is the reason why after so many year I have come back to them with my latest problem.
I had broken a tooth In half. But I was so worry because I no longer had that great insurance that I once had and I had to pay everything out of pocket. So we sat down and they explained my options in way of payments. I knew that this wast going to be cheap but I ended up getting a credit line that I knew I can possibly pay in by month with 0 interest. In one year. Anyway. I am glad to say my new caps are in place they are amazing from the front desk to the the assistances and the doctor himself. If you have any doubts just go in an check them out. I hope this review if you had the time to read it. Would give you a feeling of how well they work. Good luck in finding your new dentist if you are looking for one

They assisted me immediately! the first day i went I got my 2 wisdom tooth out' , fillers! Dr lim and staff were super cool and comforting, i didn't feel no pain at all!. They always call to check up on you, Good experience.

I recently started going to this dentist since it is not too far from where I live. The people here are all friendly and generous, and the waiting time does not take long. Especially if you have an appointment, they don’t make you wait an additional time unlike other dentists that I’ve been to. The staff has an excellent way of explaining your procedures, the cost of how much it will be, and any other things that you’ll need for your teeth, such as a mouth guard. They also discuss with their clients about payment methods as well. Another thing that I like about the staff is that they send you a text AND give you call as a reminder BEFORE your appointment date.

The office space itself is very clean. They have plenty of magazines in the waiting room to read, and if you have a child they also have a room where kids can play in. Which I find good of use for kids because it’s a perfect way to distract the child and ease them down from the thought of being at the dentist. They also have restrooms, which are also very clean!

Dr. George is a very enthusiastic person and has good sense of humor. I feel like he adds in some jokes before doing any procedures to ease off any nervousness or anxiousness that a person may have. He has a great personality, and is very professional with his work. Then you have Dr. Allen who is a very calm person with a good sense of humor as well. He likes to make sure his clients are well and comfortable, and always talks to you about what will happen during the procedure before he does his work. Both doctors are gentle while being professional with what they do.

Also, I was reading the comments that other people left on here and I don’t understand how this place “is a scam” or “only want your money.” They discuss everything with you, and if you can’t fully afford it they provide you with a payment plan. Now, if you don’t want to agree with the total price of how much you’ll be paying, then you can always say no and the staff will be very understandable. Though, this dentist is very affordable comparing to other dentists that I’ve been to.

Overall, I would recommend people to come here. It’s affordable in price, staff do a great job at what they do, dental staff are professional with their work, and everyone’s super friendly here. Though, I might add that the only down fall is parking BUT you can always find street parking. Just make sure to head out earl before your appointment to find parking on time! Other than that, this place is now my new to-go dentist.

Very accommodating, I enjoy my visit every time. My daughter goes as well.
