I had an unexpected aching that need immediate attention on my tooth at the last minute and reached out to them if I could move my Saturday appointment for the next day and they did. Got the my nasty tooth extracted in a matter of minutes. Yes it was painful but relieving to have my bacteria rotting tooth out. Definitely going to come back soon. And I strongly recommend anyone who needs to see a dentist to come here. Very communicative and educating too.

No privacy ! No private rooms they have you seating so close to the next patients. The doctor only wants to get your money quick and easy ! Be aware stay away!

Great experience here! The woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming as I arrived, and pleasant and friendly as I left. I saw Dr. Chen for a couple issues I was concerned about. Both he and his assistant were so kind, as well as efficient. I was in and out of the office quickly, but never felt rushed. Dr. Chen made sure to be thorough and I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I needed. Service was overall lovely, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

When you make a commitment to come downtown and change your life, you change the places of your doctors and dentists as well. This place was excellent and right down to the free parking running on time and extraordinarily prepared office and dentist and dental assistant.

I paid for $700 for retainer but I only got one when I done with the Invisalign two years ago. They told me I can get others if I want in the future. I called them today but they told me they gave me four retainers which was ridiculous. Don’t come here for Invisalign!

I really am so appreciative to such a good dentist and staff, which helped take my fears away for my dental treatment. From the time I entered the office and was seen, which was very punctual till the time I sat down And was treated till the time I left I felt very comfortable and at peace.
Dr M was exceptionally kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and skilled when she treated me. The dentist and all of the staff worked well efficiently as a team. I liked all of them. They were very pleasant and reassuring.
I was impressed with the office and felt it was so modern, clean and high tech with really cool equipment. I am happy to know they do implants, extractions and treat gum disease with other specialty dentist’s that work there as well. I would recommend this office to anyone and they get 5 stars from me. First a different dental clinic did a filling on a molar, 2 weeks later it cracked in half.. Came to this dental clinic (for the extraction) and due to high ratings, and the dentist almost took out the wrong tooth, if I had not stopped it.. (turns out the dental assistant wrote the wrong tooth number on the chart)..
Now I can only pray no damage was done to the wrong tooth after all the pinching and pressures applied to it.
Any case, Dr Sooferi is a likable person.. so is my former dentist (Samaritan Dental).. but their clinical mistakes has caused me mental pain.
This year I learned “Do not visit dentist unless certainly there’s something wrong”.
Btw, this would have been a 5 star experience if it weren’t for the lack of transparency (price disclosure, information denial, etc) and actions of the staff (mistakes in charting).

Dr. Sooferi has been my dentist since 2008. I absolutely wouldn't dare to switch. It is also a great pleasure to work with Ana, who is very accomodating with my hectic last minute schedule. I am in and out quickly and everyone is very kind and professional. I am also loving the new location ;)
