Just Smile! Dental Center

Came in for a cleaning and left feeling great. Doctor was great at communicating the procedure before since it had been a while since I had got it done.

I just recently got my teeth pulled out. The experience with the doctor in the office was phenomenal. I felt no pain and I can say I have found my new dentist. Great experience. However only issue was there was no parking because it was crowded. Bought a coffee from Mc Donald’s next door and was able to park there for an hour no problem. Amazing quick service. Thank you just smile dental!

UPDATE: Originally I gave this business 5 stars as my first visit went well, little did I know they had no intentions of ever following up. This is a business that will rope you in with your first appointment and never follow up with you. They have left me in the dark after performing surgery 6 months ago. Ive been trying to get a follow up appointment for 3 months now. Yes, 3 whole months of getting the run around.

If you are looking for a quality dentist that will follow up with you, DO NOT COME HERE! This dentist office is a joke. A true scam of a dental office.

They have literally left me in the dark, and I will be doing the same to them. Again, if you value your time and wellbeing, find somewhere else to go, coming here will only leave you disappointed and frustrated.

Its small and inconspicuous but dont let that fool you. This place is like a hidden gem. This is the best experience Ive ever had at any dentist office EVER.

The staff were all so kind to me and treated me with dignety and respect. I was scared because I found a hole in my tooth and started experiencing pain almost right away. I knew it was going to have to be pulled. I called Just Smile Dental Center and they were so accomidating. They got me in for a same day appointment!

I even was running a little late and they still saw me (thank God) because I dont think I'd have made it another day with the pain I was experiencing.

The doctor managed to numb me and pull my tooth with absolutely NO pain. I didnt feel the needle and I certainly didnt feel my tooth being pulled. It was overall a great experience and I look forward to working with them again.

I finally got invisalign, and I could not believe the low price they gave me especially since the times are hard right now. The process was very easy, and I am very satisfied with my treatment. Nobody was able to finance me but they did. Very happy with everything. Thank you!

The staff are wonderful, they truly love the job they are doing. They answer any concerns you have, they take good care of you. Doctor is amazing the best I have ever meet. Procedures are painless and fast, you won’t feel a pinch. The place is really clean and they put on cooking shows for you to watch. A wonderful place to go. 100% recommend it. Especially for people who are scared of the dentist.

I have been a patient here for a while now. The two things that I really appreciate are that they offer emergency dental care and have reasonable pricing. I have been to many other dental offices, and have always paid an arm and a leg for unnecessary treatments. I find this office very honest and trustworthy. I have not been disappointed yet. I have been able to use my insurance for a few big procedures every year. My other dentist made me chose between a root canal or a crown because each procedure would take up all of my insurance allowance for that year. Here, I been able to spread out the work, while getting my money’s worth. You will not be disappointed. The only negative thing I can say is that there are way too patients and they often have lines out the door because of how in demand this place is. I highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you are seen right away, even though they offer walk-in.

Okay so as soon as I left this place I rushed to the reviews to see how others felt . And coming to find a few ppl feel the same way I felt . The lady at the counter was rude . I sensed it the minute I walked in . I said hello and She didn’t even greet me back . She just said “sign In” I got a really bad vibe from her while I was checking in .long story short they couldn’t see me Becuz I didn’t have “straight Medi-Cal “which they should have checked all of that before even scheduling me an appointment . All I wanted was my consultation for braces . ThAts it that’s all . Wasted my dam time . And this is for 3rd and Vermont location btw

Extremely poor communication and treats make clients feel valueless this is inexcusable for a medical facility. I was told my insurance had to be approved fir an extraction and they wild update me in 2 weeks a month later, 68 calls and no returned calls, this is a travesty of customer service and if you need something done I would advise doing somewhere the customer is valued.

I went in for a toothache and i ended up getting a tooth pulled. The doctor was fast and painless. The staff was quick and efficient. Usually, I have to wait 2 hours to see my dentist but the wait felt like nothing. I have never seen a buisiness so prepared for the pandemic as just smile. From the reception area to the treatment rooms, i felt safe and clean. Even though it is summertime and hot outside, the office was suprisingly cool and had a relaxing mood. I will be coming back soon
