I absolutely love this place. The staff are amazing (kind, friendly, professional and honest). They actually care and show you they do from the receptionist to the dentist. Every employee of this office has treated me as though we are friends (even when meeting them for the first time) and I just feel so comfortable. I really can't say enough about this place.
Highly recommended. It took me a long time to find a dentist that I love and even though I will be moving over an hour away, I will gladly make the drive out here because I trust the employees have my best interest at heart during every visit.

I was a patient for about five years and had the best experience for the most part with the staff and doctors (especially Dr.H). However, I recently had multiple issues with billing (overcharged on several occasions) and found the manager Melinda to be very rude and dismissive when I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately, it just wasn't a great feeling, and I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I've been a client of Plaza Dental for 3-4 years now (time flies!) and I can tell you that this has been the best dental experience that I've had consistently in my entire adult life. Such a great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. They're always up front about what is needed and what it will cost to get the job done which is very much appreciated. No pressure or hassle, just friendly reminders and the necessary nudge if an issue is something that their experience says it should be taken care of sooner than later. I intend to remain with Plaza Dental for as long as I'm an LA resident and would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for a dental office to call home.

I was travelling and broke a tooth. Plaza Dental got me in the next day, repaired the broken tooth with a crown and replaced a filling on another tooth that was showing signs of failure, all in one day! They worked hard to ensure the process was painless for me. They were professional, thorough, and kind. I cannot imagine a nicer place to land, when you find yourself in need of dental care. Great team, great location if you work in DTLA. I was *terrified* of the dentist and hadn't been for a decade. My teeth were literally falling apart. I'm now very much on track and feel very comfortable going for regular cleanings and whatever work needs to be done. I feel I always have a very clear understanding of what's going on with my dental health, and the steps to maintain and improve it. Highly recommend!
