Dr. Silvia was great when I had an old filling replaced. She is very thorough but gentle and always asks how I'm feeling and doing during the process. But I have to say what I like most, that my prior dentist didn't do, is the show and tell afterwards. Dr. Silvia takes pictures of my teeth before, during and afterwards which really gives me an opportunity to see what they see when they look into my mouth.
