New Generation Dentistry

I had exceptional service today at New Generation Dentistry. The front desk receptionists we're very friendly as well as the dental hygienists in the back. I went in to get some answers about my retainer and was able to squeeze in a tooth cleaning at the same time. Very professional very friendly.

Both my children, 5 year daughter and 2 year old son, love getting their teeth checked and cleaned at New Generation Dentistry. Dr. Sara and staff are always warm and friendly. They have a great understanding of children and speak to them in a clear and positive manner. Office space is very clean and well kept. Design style is very kid friendly and fun.

Got a thumbs up this visit from my great dentist Dr. Sasha and my hygienist Karla. They have been doing a great job keeping on me to be more aggressive with my home care and giving great tips -- it is now paying off. Was really glad to get a good grade today. This practice is tops as is the customer service -- from the front desk to the chair! And by the way, whoever did the interior design of the office -- hats off again. It feels more like a palace than a dentist office. They even have Perrier sparkling water in their fridge if you are thirsty!

Today was my first time getting a dental checkup and cleaning at New Generation Dentistry. Every member of staff that I spoke with was incredibly kind and professional. Specifically: Lara, Lindy, and Dr. Sasha. I was blown away the cleanliness and hospitality of this office, and at no point was I ever put in an uncomfortable position while getting my teeth cleaned. I cannot recommend a better practice than this one. Again, a huge thank you to Lara, Lindy, and Dr. Sasha for this fantastic experience. See you all again in 6 months!

I have been to quite a few dentists in my life. These guys are truly the best. The dentist Ahmad himself is a terrific guy and very accommodating. His staff is also terrific, they should teach customer service classes.

You feel extremely comfortable for being in a dentist’s office.

My dental hygienist Antonette is absolutely terrific also. She puts you at comfort, does a great job and is generally very nice when she is working with your teeth

Great place for dental work!!

This is a great office! Everyone's so nice & helpful. They always make sure I understand what's going on & welcome any questions I may have. During my first visit, they asked my preference for giving me details about what's going on with my teeth (If I'm the type who can handle the straightforward details, or if I prefer to be given only necessary info as to not freak me out). They're accommodating to nerves. They have stress balls, tvs & other neat stuff, although I've never needed those. I highly recommend them.

The team at New Generation Dentistry is great. I am a new patient and I was treated very well. They run a clean, efficient, professional office while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great experience.

Fantastic team. My 6 years old daughter had an appointment with Dr Sara, generally she is scared of doctor but the doctor and her assistants are very nice and friendly. After few minutes my daughter was totally fine and they took care of her teeth. Thank you Dr Sara.

The entire Team at New Generation Dentistry is one of the friendliest group of professionals I’ve ever met. From the minute you walk in the door, even as a new patient, you feel the sincerity in their efforts to make you feel comfortable and valued. Receptionist Melissa greats you with a wonderful smile and gets you started in the process. They are proud of their very modern, flawless facility and encourage you to ask questions as they take you on a tour. Dental Assistant Stephanie, with her high energy positive attitude, provides expert explanations about the work she is providing and how the results are used in the next phase of their process. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sasha who brought me to his office to explain in detail what was leaned from the information Stephanie gathered. Dr. Sasha was extremely patient and truly interested in hearing about the expectations I had for my visit as well as any general concerns or question I had. After a thorough exam by Dr. Sasha I was introduced to one of his Dental Hygienist. I had the honor of working with Dental Hygienist Antoinette who took great care in painlessly cleaning my teeth and respectfully explaining how to improve on caring for my teeth between visits. Through my entire visit I was never rushed or made to feel I was imposing when asking questions. On a scale of 1-10, I give the Team at New Generation Dentistry an 11.
