100% recommend. I was experiencing Indescribable pain in my teeth and gums and was struggling to find a dentist for 3 or 4 hours. Calling all kinds of places I found on google only nican you to be continuously sent to voicemail, until I called Denteractive. As soon as I call I spoke to a real person who could hear the pain in my voice as I struggled to give him my info and tell him what’s wrong. He work with very fast to get me on the phone with a doctor and the same time very patient with me. He got my on contact with a doctor and the doctor was very smart and knew what he was talking about. The doctor helped me to get the right kind of pain relievers and wrote a presentation for the antibiotics I need. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and genuinely felt I was in the right hands.

Used these folks for a broken tooth to help with in the middle of the night on a Saturday when everyone was close. Extremely grateful for this service. They helped put my mind at ease until i could get it. Very impressed.

Denteractive was absolutely amazing! I called in the middle of the night, on a holiday weekend when NO ONE else was open, with a bad abscess. A real dentist called me back within an hour! He was polite, listened, gave incredible advice and answered my questions honestly. Also, Shawn, who set up the video call so that I was able to get the antibiotics that I needed, he was so incredible. Very kind and compassionate. Knows what he is doing, and has an answer for anything you throw at him! Denteractive is truly a company with real, live, knowledgeable and kind dentistsand staff that are there to help you in any way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Denteractive was great! I had an infected tooth over the holiday weekend. Shawn got me set up for an telemed appointment quickly and the dentist Mahmoud Salameh was wonderful! So thankful for their team!

The dentist I talked to was so helpful. He prescribed me antibiotics and was so polite. I've been having a hard time finding a dentist that will see me with my insurance so it was nice being able to get some help.

I was hesitant at first but had no choice because I just moved (wasn’t established at a new dentist) and it was the 4th of July weekend! Denteractive was absolutely amazing! I called in the evening because I believed my sore gums over the past few days turned into what I read online as an abscess. A real dentist (Dr. Salameh) messaged me immediately and reviewed my pictures! He was incredible! Truly the real MVP! We had to end up setting up a video chat for a prescription but it was well worth it and gave me peace of mind that it looked like I caught it early! Denteractive is a real company with real, live, doctors on standby and I’m oh so grateful because I know I would’ve been in way more pain if I had to wait out the holiday weekend! 10/10 would recommend!!

So my tooth is infected and hurts. Tried them out and it was nice. Dr was a nice guy. Paid for a video talk and now I'm off to get a prescription. Was quick. Was way more simple then I thought it would be.

Mahmoud Saleh gave me excellent, immediate service regarding a dental emergency on Memorial Day. Not only was he able to correctly diagnose and effect the area of harm, he was able to find a pharmacy open for the required drugs I needed to help w my issue. A great service.

My partner and I live in Montana, a state known for its rural nature, limited health care resources, and even more limited availability to get into urgent health care services, especially with COVID. On the evening (7:30pm) of 2/26 (Saturday), my partner was experiencing excruciating pain in a wisdom tooth that had previously been cracked a few months prior. Over the months he had just been “riding out the pain” (typical male behavior 😉), as it would come and go. But not this particular night. This particular night my partner found himself writhing with pain with seemingly no end in sight through the rest of the weekend. After FINALLY talking him in to seeking help, on a whim I googled “emergency dentistry” and the website for Denteractive appeared. Within 10 minutes, I was connected to a Dentist (Marshall Diamond, DMD) in NJ who provided us with some very significant (looking back, now probably life-saving) recommendations and treatment. Dr. Diamond recommended a combination of OTC pain relievers, immediately called in an antibiotic (which I am now convinced, saved my partners life due to the raging infection, unbeknownst to us, he was starting to have in his mouth and down the entire left side of his neck), and advised us as soon as possible to get into an oral surgeon first thing Monday morning. On 3/1 (Tuesday) I was able to get him into an oral surgeon who extracted the severely infected wisdom tooth but the infection continued to spread down his neck and into his chest. This led to two trips to the ED for an additional IV antibiotic due to the significant swelling that was beginning to close off his airway. Finally, by Saturday, one hell-week later, my partner began to see significant reduction in the swelling in his mouth (the top pallet of his mouth was no longer touching his tongue from the swelling/infection and fever) and steadily began seeing improvement in his symptoms. On 3/6, I reached back out to Dr. Diamond to thank him for his life-saving help, provided him with a status update of my partner, and shared with him our gratitude for his recommendations and expertise in dentistry via telehealth. He, yet again, saved the day, by calling in a second antibiotic that my partner can take for extended periods of time to ensure the infection is completely out of his body and ensure that it does not cause further medical issues.

My partner and I are so grateful for Denteractive and Dr. Diamond. I am unsure if my partner would be alive today had it not been for that first online appointment and Dr. Diamonds’ swift action of immediately getting him on antibiotics and into an oral surgeon.
