Excellent experience. Had a double-crown procedure yesterday. I am pain-free today. A little soreness, which is normal, but overall successful. Staff and Dr. were very nice and caring. They were able to show me a beautiful color 3-D CAD depiction of my teeth as well. Impressive. And Dr. Shahram Salimy is extremely attentive regarding pain management.
I am driving all the way from Palmdale to see him again for 2 fillings.

I feel so lucky to have found this dentist! The only I went was because they had the first available appointment and took my insurance and can I just say, I am so happy with them. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is incredibly nice and welcoming. The facility is first class just like their staff. Oh and they do great work too :) After my first appointment, I talked about them nonstop to anyone that I came in contact with; I recommend Elegance and Dr. Salimy to everyone! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

The facility was extremely clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. Flat screen TVs, a gentle massage chair, and sparkling water were among the comforts offered during my visit. Dr. Salimy did the actual cleaning and clearly explained any suggested treatments without pressure to move forward. His staff was knowledgeable and provided me options for future visits. I am very happy with my results and would recommend Elegance to anyone looking for a great experience at the dentist- of all places!

I went to Elegance Family Dentistry twice -- once for a retainer replacement and another for a regular check-up. After receiving my end-of-the-year dental insurance billing statement, I realized I was overcharged on both occasions for upwards of $200. I was hoping this was a small miscalculation on the billing end but after bringing it up to their attention, they brushed me off and said their "calculations were correct". After getting my insurance involved, I was able to get my refund 2 months later but it was a very disappointing experience as a customer. They do have a nice, clean facility but I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you do, make sure to check your dental insurance statements (not Elegance's) to make sure you aren't getting overcharged with hidden fees.

I went in for a cosmetic dentistry consultation and felt very comfortable. The staff was very warm and inviting and I felt no pressure that I had to get any work done. The office is very clean and had only the best technology. I would always recommend this office if you are looking to have cosmetic work done in the Orange County area!

Dr. Salimy and his staff are amazing! The office is extremely clean, and they always run on time. They work very well with my insurance company. I had a crown that was bothering me and he made the time to see me right away and was able to get me over to and Endodontist the same day. Dr. Salimy understands customer service and I highly recommend him! Thank you!

Had an appointment a few months back, and they were very professional. The service was quick painless and efficient. The staff was very friendly. I liked that you had a TV in the room where your teeth were being cleaned to watch the news in the morning as well.

It was my first time get the Zoom Whitening and therefore I had no idea what to expect. The staff was very gentle and made me feel like a patient who has been coming to their office forever.
