I've been going to this dental office for 14yrs and the staff are amazing. Friendly, professional and they care. Dr Russell is new to the practice and a breath of fresh air. She is patient, friendly , warm and professional. She works with you and your dental needs. Listens to your concerns and offers practical advice, I also take my 8 yr old to her and the staff and Dr Russell are great with him.

I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone looking.

I just moved to Placerville and I needed a Dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Cynthia Russell. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The doctor is very gentle first visit went great for a teeth cleaning. She is very good and I would highly recommend.

I am so appreciative of the team at Placerville Dental Care. From the very start they were open to answering all of my questions and helped create a care plan. I needed some pretty thorough cleaning to catch up on a lapse in dental cleanings, and I am also pregnant and have hashimotos. The whole team was supportive of meeting my needs and concerns, and adjusting the care plan as needed. I saw improvements with their recommended changes and treatments within weeks. After some work and careful review the dentist provided a referral for some more specific work. I appreciate the care I have been receiving from Dr. Russell and the staff there. I had a low blood sugar incident at the office yesterday and she had the office manager Jennifer get some protein shakes to have stocked in their fridge. I carry my own, but Dr Russell insisted! Above and beyond care!

I switched to Placerville Dental Care in when it was time for my kids to start seeing a dentist, so we could all be taken care of in the same office, as my previous provider would not accept young children (they were 2 and 4 at the time). The entire staff is friendly, caring, and thorough. The kids look forward to their cleaning appointments and I am highly satisfied with the various services I have received here. Would recommend them to anyone! I’m bummed that we’ll have to switch when we move out of the area and have even joked that we should schedule our vacations around our cleaning schedules so we can continue to come here!

I love Dr Russell and her staff! Sooo glad we found her. She has a great technique for giving you shots so that it hardly hurts. I used to dread that but no longer! I also love how informative she is about what she’s doing and why and checks in with you often as she is performing a procedure. Her staff is just as great too. I rarely fill out these comments but they are soo totally worth it. If you need a new dentist I highly recommend her!
