By far the best experience I've had at a dentist office. From the reception office to the hygienist and the dentist I give them five stars. As a Special Touch they let me choose what kind of music would put me most at ease during the procedure. It was painful but the price was fair and the staff is more than competent I was very pleased.

Was late due to Dr appt before my dental appt. I gave plenty time between. I was told to wait until certain time if that person NO showed they could fit me in well 45min later and sent home. So did they get a 2nd lunch on my dime?? I have alot going on right now so next day when front tooth fractured again I called to get in but 12 days wait for an emergency SO NOT COOL. I missed a job interview and the front office lady has been so unhelpful I can think that they have already received payment for all the major things and now do not feel anything is a rush...So funny that I was seen so fast in the 1st two appts with big charges but not a follow up....Also make sure your clear what you can and cannot afford one of the staff just likes adding it all on your list and not asking but telling you what you will be signing a line of credit and monthly payments for. But honestly he was like that about everything even if was covered under insurance he booked the procedures anyways and I had to talk them out of taking out extra tooth I still need to chew and do not know when can finish those extra things just yet.

I submitted the online request from their site twice with no response. Today I called to make an appointment but she refused because I could not tell her if my Delta dental insurance was hmo, ppo, what type of Delta dental etc. I gave her all the info from the card including claim contact info and member id etc but she still refused to help me. I made an appointment with another dental practice and they apologized for we care treatment.

So long story short I had a problem tooth (well 2) that 2 different dentists tried sending me to LOMA LINDA for. I could not get to Loma Linda. My friend recommended me to we care because I was having promlems finding a dentist in the coachella valley. Well todaywas the fateful day, tooth extraction day, and lemme just say.... I've never had a dentist make me want to laugh while performing the extractions, my old dentist wouldn't really even talk so that was a big positive for me.... Not to mention he did it, he did what 2 others couldn't or wouldn't do, my life saver!!! The staff and both doctors I saw were absolutely amazing,I am actually looking forward to rerurning!!

The front desk women are unbelievably rude, they’re unprofessional, they still live in 1980’s.
Even if you have insurance they’ll try to come up with something the dont don’t need to make you pay more.
Don’t go to that place.

Everyone is really nice, thorough, they explain the whole process. Everything is state-of-the-art and super professional. The prices can't be beat. I am very thankful to have them close to me in the Coachella valley.

They are NOT good with CHILDREN WITH AUTISM. I informed the person on the phone about my sons dentist phobia on top of his autism diagnosis and i was told they would "give him some stuff to relax him" in order to do an examination. When we were called in no one was ready for his reaction. He refused to even sit on the patient chair, he was afraid of the xray contraption so nothing was done. They asked me about his medical history and made another appointment saying next time he will be put to sleep sp they can do the check up. Today was that day and again they were not even able to look in his mouth. They want me to gp to Loma Linda hospital so he can get put to sleep. Two days wasted on people who were not prepared for what they claim is their specialty. They are very nice and friendly IF U ARE WHITE otherwise they are professional but condescending I believe thats why they didn't really care if my 7 year old son got his check up.

l really enjoyed this place as a new patient!~The students and dentists here are super great and incredibly nice, down to earth. I look forward for my next visit. I definitely recommend also for anyone that wants something close by!

They used to be good but, over the past few years it’s been declining!! Super upset with them. They are horrible!!! Don’t take your kids here!!!! I mean unless you don’t mind waiting a month to get in then you go and they send you home because your kid has allergies. 🙄 what now we have to wait another month!
