My husband recommended me to Dr. Cass and I had my first appointment last week. What a pleasant experience! From the front desk staff, dental assistant, hygienist to Dr. Cass himself, the entire visit was great! Everyone was personable and helpful, even fitting me in for a cleaning later the same day! I arrived a bit early and they took me right in! The dental care is gentle and professional. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Cass and his amazing team!

Been with Dr.Cass since he began his dentistry. He has a wonderful staff that emulates his caring and friendly demeanour ! He is a gentle and kind dentist. He reads the needs of his patient during procedures and adjust his working rhythm to the patients comfort. I just had a crown put in yesterday and as always found Dr.Cass to consider my comfort first, giving me more little breaks to swallow as he assessed my need. I highly recommend Dr. Cass and all of his staff to everyone looking for a great dentist. You will be well taken care of !!!

I always have a positive experience, and I've never been that fond of dental visits. While Dr. Cass performs his efficient exams he lets you know that he genuinely cares about how things are going in your life by asking just the right amount of appropriate personal questions. Stephanie is the best hygienist, love her, but the whole staff is great! Highly recommend Cass Family Dentistry for all of your families dental needs!

Excellent as always! They always make sure I’m comfortable. Offering me ear phones to hear the tv that’s displayed on ceiling. Asking if I want the chair massager on. And letting me know each step of what they are doing. Always so kind, from the front desk to the hygienists, to the dentist himself.

Update...continues to earn five stars. I just completed a complicated procedure and I wouldn't want any other person working on my teeth other than Dr. Cass. very patient with the patient. Great work, very satisfied. Cass Family Dentistry...both my wife and I agree that they are the best, treat you right, caring and painless. I was dreading a root canal…HOWEVER…when I sat in the chair, I was greeted and soothed. Then the procedure began. I couldn’t believe it. Through the procedure, I felt NO discomfort. Zero. Nada. Nothing. Having swabbed the area with a topical numbing agent, I didn’t even feel the needle to numb the tooth and gums.
On top of this, I have an anxiety disorder that Dr. Cass not only understood, he supported me throughout the procedure with exactly what I needed to manage my syndrome.
Now…to some, this all may sound like a fantasy or made up. But it is 100% true. And for those who believe me, I continue….
It’s been 24 hours since the procedure that I write this. I have felt NO pain at all. Even after the numbing wore off. I didn’t need to take any medication. Not even ibuprofen. In fact, two hours after the numbing wore off, I ate ice cream. Ate regular food. Chewed on the root canal side on purpose. ZERO discomfort.
I don’t believe my experience was a fluke or a “one off.” I do know that Doctor Cass is meticulous to detail, and certainly cares enough to be the best, and do the best. Thanks Doc!!!
