What a wonderful experience! I’m so grateful for Dr.Trusas and his staff, this morning I had a crown come off and my dentist is on vacation. The wonderful staff got me right in and Dr. Trusas got me put back together quickly and on my way! I can’t say thank you enough!!!!

Visited Trusas Family Dental for a new crown. Mr Trusas exact words were lets do x-rays before we get started, so we know exactly what's going on in that mouth. Following reviewing the x-rays Mr Trusas placed a temporary crown on a previous 10 year old crown that had broken. Mr Trusas fabricated and placed a temporary tooth in my mouth while the permanent tooth was being made. Brought to his attention, immediately following the insertion of the temporary tooth, that the temporary tooth was creating a lot of pressure on the tooth next to it. Mr Trusas explained this was normal and the pressure would go away shortly. That evening the pressure worsened. Contacted Mr Trusas's office emergency line and the woman that answered advised me this was not an emergency. The pressure became more intense, so I called again. The office emergency line assistant advised me this was not an emergency, to stop calling, and wait till my next visit a few days away. The next day the pressure caused the tooth next to it to pop and loosen. Called the office again to have the same woman's voice tell me to wait till my next appointment and not bother the dentist with something so minor. Upon visiting the office on my appointment day Mr Trusas looked at the tooth and said that without knowing there was a root canal next to the tooth he had put in he was not responsible. I mentioned to him not to forget that was why he took the x-rays before performing the work. Following reviewing the additional damage nervously said he could no longer help me and asked me to leave. Asked him what I should do now that there was more damage. He said it was not his problem and left the room. He left the room and left me sitting in the chair. He hid in his office and would not communicate any further with me. Upon leaving his office the receptionist would not return my down payment that I had paid upon my original visit unless I signed a liability release, releasing Mr Trusas of all liability. I did not sign it and they said they would not return my payment till I signed it. I left without a refund. Be very cautious with this man. He may abandon you leaving you with a more expensive issue than when arriving. The lack of fixing this caused much more damage. Beware.

Terrible work that didn't hold up and I WAS CHARGED FOR A CROWN THAT WAS NEVER DONE!!! All the crowns I had done from this place have had to be replaced within less than 4 years due to them leaking one started leaking less than three years later and I take great care of my teeth. I was changed for them doing a crown on tooth number 14. Well I just had tooth 14 extracted and there was no crown on it just a fat cracked tooth!!! I have the tooth and paperwork from where it was just extracted to prove it. Go somewhere else if you value your teeth and money!!!

Dr. Trusas saw me on an emergent basis after an automotive incident Broke or knocked out many of my teeth. His calm professionalism helped calm me during this horrible chapter in my life. He is a gentle, caring, practitioner who quickly and accurately assessed my oral situation while navigating around facial sutures and swelling in as pain free a manner as I could ever hope. He treated my sweet wife with respect and consideration. Dr. Trusas answered all our questions in a straight forward, honest, and intelligent manner. I would recommend Dr. Trusas to family, friends, and anyone looking for a dentist who is personable, friendly, caring, well respected in the dental community, and as painless as they come.

Dr. Maurice is an exceptional dentist! His staff is friendly and also very knowledgeable. No one loves going to the dentist, but I do love knowing I am in good knowledgeable hands and I will have a friendly experience every visit.
